I had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and bright. The room was clean, however the carpet needed another going over, which was taken care of immediately. Staff were wonderful. I'd stay again, and recommend to others.

The hotel was very loud with kids knocking on doors all night . We were told our floor had no hockey kids and was not true and at 10 pm quiet time it was midnight and kids running around staff just laughed

The staff were great, and the room was very clean. I did not go to the gym or pool, and I didn't know there was a bar. It was a good weekend.

It was very disappointing that the pool was unable to use as that’s the reason why I stay in that hotel. We had to walk over with two kids The other thing was the double charged me for my hotel and gave me troubles with booking. Wasn’t impressed

Ants in the room on the floor. And pool closed even after I called to ask if open. Fortunately the staff accommodated us packing up in the storm to move to another hotel across the parking lot to Homewood suites. Homewood suites had great accommodations and pool open. Breakfast ok but food sometimes cold. The staff could not keep up to the replenishment even though they tried.
