Very good. Have been here back in 2020 and now in 2025. Have seen amazing upgrades and grounds is beautiful. Ordered Takeaway from the hotel restaurant and it was delicious.

Close to airport but at a cost

Property and environs very good, however the food I was served did not come up to expectations. It appeared it was something leftover from several days ago ( pork belly and Mash). A simple dish badly served.

it was not what i was looking forward to no kitchen no microwave very very little ocean view other then that it was ok thank you

Great resort facilities but the room we stayed in needed a repaint. Great location and only a short drive to all the Sunshine Coast attractions

The hotel room was disgusting. Mould and water narks on ceiling. Every surface, including furniture was marked, chopped or peeling. It was so madly maintained and the most unappealing stay we'vd had. If i coukd rate this 0, I would.

Property is dated hard to keep clean

No Airconditioning units in any of the 3 bedrooms. One unit was located in the main area but did not flow to the bedrooms. It was very hot in those rooms and only had fans

Staff were super friendly

The pool was lovely, great atmosphere, easy underground parking ,very close access to the beach The apartment we stayed in was nice however the bathroom definitely needed an upgrade, the shower was very small and the drain had a bad odour also there was Mold in the grout. Otherwise a nice relaxing place to stay !

The tv internet was absolutely terrible, it spent way too much time loading

Been staying here for many years so close to everything. Always recommend Ramada. Needs to offer breakfast to guests as most plces do

Convenient location. Easy transport options.

The hotel was cheap and at short notice so we weren't picky. The room was small, tired and very limited in both wifi and actual electrical outlets to charge devices. The shower door didn’t close properly, the toilet rim was putrid and there were 2 attempts to sell us timeshare which we declined. Trying to sell a timeshare while accommodating you in a terrible room is not the smartest move. The pool was the only nice part of the hotel but scanning in and out without clearly marked signage of where to scan was confusing

The room was not ready at time of check-in. It was half an hour late. Was given 4 drink vouchers after expressing I was not happy about having to wait with food that needed to be refrigerated. The room was lovely and clean.The beds are good quality but way too soft. I really wish I had booked an ocean view room because we couldn't sit out on the balcony as it was too hot with the aircon motors there, no breeze and traffic noise. After the first night I enquired about the cost to upgrade to an ocean view for the remaining 2 nights but $200 seemed a lot considering the price difference of the rooms online was $30. Restaurant staff are friendly and polite. The reception staff are not very friendly. At checkout they just said ok that's it. Didn't even ask how my stay was.

Staff were amazing, comfortable room and great facilities. Definitely book here again.

Location was close to some shopping but some stores were permanently closed, limited exterior parking.

great beachfront venue with a great pool and good facilities

The unit on the 6th floor had a number of maintenance items that need to be fixed including sliding doors to the decks of 2 bedrooms not able to be locked and the lounge area and main bedroom not able to be opened. The aircon unit was in the lounge and the bedrooms relied on ceiling fans to cool them (which was not very successful). A well-located unit with a roof terrace and good sea views, a short walk past the pool to the beach front reserve and beach access. Also, a short walk to an excellent coffee shop (Cuba Street)
