An old hotel, which seems to be a hospital or a nursing house, is situated in the pedestrian zone in the very central area of Graz, behind the Kunsthaus of Graz. The hotel has not been fully renovated but reserves its historical structure. However, it is comfortable enough, especially the bed. What a great bed! We have 2 separate duvets for our king size bed too, even more comfortable. The breakfast is included in the price which brings the score of the hotel much higher. We have not missed anything from the breakfast. Perfect!! It would be a bit better, if the suction fan in bathroom works and there are a few more power outlets in the room. It might be a bit noisy from the people from pubs around but I am afraid there are no solutions except than ear plugs.

Very conveniently located clean boutique style hotel in city centre, with totally helpfull and friendly staff.

Good value and location is fine but not great. Like the high ceilings in the room and old school elevator.

Es wird Frühstück angeboten.direkt nebenan ist eine bar.als Hotelgast bekommt man einen Getränkegutschein. Wir sind positiv überrascht worden. Aus unserer Sicht sehr zu empfehlen.

Super lage, große Zimmer. Schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber ist nicht so schlimm. Vom frühstück waren wir ein wenig enttäuscht, wenig auswahl und der orangensaft war nicht mehr gut (vermutlich abgelaufen)

Vi fick en mycket trevlig weekendresa i Graz. Ett äldre hotell med charm. Familjerummet med två rum och gemensam toalett passade perfekt för oss med två tonåringar. Nära till centrum, restauranger och Schlossberg. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Todo muy bien excepto la regadera del baño. Es tan pequeña que no puede uno ni moverse al alea enjabonn bañarse

Ganz nett in guter Lage Preis Leistung ist okay Andere Hotels in Graz sind sehr teuer Daher kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, beide waren schwer überheizt (wie das gesamte Hotel). Die Zimmer waren geräuming, und hatten einen gewissen Retro-Charme (ebenso wie das gesamte Haus). Was nicht so gut war, waren die Nassräume, die sind schon renovierungsbedürftig - Fugen schmutzig, Seifenreste etc. - kein guter Eindruck. Positiv ist natürlich die Lage direkt neben dem Kunsthaus.
