เป็นโรงแรมที่อยู่ใจกลางปารีส ใกล้ ร้านขายยา ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต และสถานีรถไฟ เดินทางง่ายแบบไม่ต้องเผื่อเวลา และที่สำคัญที่สุด พนักงานโรงแรมน่ารักมากๆๆๆๆๆ ต้องกลับไปอีกแน่นอนคะ

The staff were absolutely incredible and the rooms were beautiful. Had a wonderful time and would stay again if returning to Paris.

Agréable, bien placé, calme excellent sejour

This was a very nice small hotel. The staff were very nice and professional. Loved that there was a patisserie right across the street.

El personal es muy amable, especialmente Lola, que además nos atendió en español. La limpieza y el orden de la habitación fue correcto. La habitación es algo pequeña si se llevan maletas grandes. Tiene un armario pequeño. A destacar que dispone de hervidor de agua y cafetera. Probamos el buffet, me pareció caro para la poca variedad que disponía. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de Saint Lazare, lo cual es muy positivo con la línea 14 de metro directo desde Orly. Además dispone de otras líneas de metro y trenes R. Además está cerca de puntos turísticos importantes.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, room is cozy. The best part is the location, close to a core station where you have access to multiple metro lines, very convenient to go to different sightseeing spots

スタッフの方がとても親切だった。 ホテルのすぐ近くにパン屋やスーパーがあるのでちょっとした買い物にとても良かった。 少し歩けばバス停や駅があるので交通に便利だった。 部屋は冷房も使え清潔だったが、部屋が狭めなため、大きめのスーツケースを広げるのが難しかった。

Stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Super close to the train station Saint Lazare (I think like 7 minute walk). Also have tons of cafe and restaurant around the area too. Ingrid did a really good job at explaining things around the area and was very helpful!

Room was small but clean. Staff were wonderful. Area was okay, but with good transportation options

We have stayed here before and will do so again. A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly staff. It’s not too big which means you can relax after a long day seeing the city sights!

Great hotel in convenient location just around the corner from the train station. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the bedroom, although very compact was just what we needed, with a very comfortable bed

Property was so helpful and amazing

We were thrilled to have ac during Paris heatwave which made the stay pleasant. The room had a comfy bed which took up the whole room. There was barely any space for 2 carry on suitcases. Our favorite part of stay was the breakfast and friendly staff.

Ótimo hotel, bem localizado pois é ao lado da estação Saint Lazare, as acomodações são pequenas, mas limpas e funcionais, o staff é bem receptivo e simpático. O fregobar não estava esfriando e só existia em um dos dois quartos que disponibilizaram para nós. Fora isso,ocorreu tudo bem.

The rooms were great and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooms were small but to be expected! Staff were fantastic and spoke many languages and allowed us to checkin early and even offered a free upgrade!

Super clean and welcoming hotel that has excellent views!

We had a great stay at Hotel 12. Staff was nice, friendly and helpfull. We didn’t expect our room was so small. Other than that, everything else was absolutely fine. Thank you, Sonia, for all your help and kindness!
