The room conditions were so poor I wasn’t expecting from Holidays in standard are so

Bathroom smelt of dampness. Overall clean. Breakfast good, staff run of feet so quite a few things not getting topped up. Glasses, bread and cutlery

Nice property, not perfect but good. The room was fairly clean, bathroom ok but dusty. Comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was not too bad but some common items are omitted. The staff are decent and friendly. A decent stay for the money

Large, barrier controlled, free car park directly in front of hotel. Pleasant receptionist but needed to manually complete check-in form (I imagine that they should have this from the online booking)?

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet area and room. Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was ok. The air conditioning was working but the room felt still too hot at times during the night. Maybe is because the duvet is a very good one.

Room was okay, would be better if a bigger tv and a mirror over the desk/ dressing table. Breakfast was poor, all tables were being used, only 1 person clearing tables, food was not replenished when empty. Bought out 6 croissants when the restaurant was full. Topped the milk up by only 2 pints from a 4 pint container - why not put all of it in. Kept running out of cutlery. Americano coffee from the machine was cold. Food quality was poor - could not eat the cooked offering.

Funktionelles, moderneres, aber mittlerweilen etwas in die Jahre gekommenes, leider schlecht schallisoliertes Hotel in einer nicht sehr schönen Gegend, aber Nähe Birmingham und deshalb praktisch. Speditiver Check-in, mittelgrosses Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Bad mit praktischen Spender mit Pflegeprodukten, genügend Abstellfläche, gut funktionierender Dusche. WiFi funktionierte sehr gut. Frühstücksbuffet mit warmen und kalten Speisen in guter Qualität. Personal war überall sehr freundlich. Grosser Gratis-Parkplatz mit 10 Ladestationen für E-Autos. Keine Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung / zu Fuss zu erreichen am Abend.

Very Happy with the room and staff. Breakfast was very chaotic. The staff were great but could not deal with the amount of people. Bread came out frozen and despite being told the fruit would come out it never did Not the fault of the staff it’s just cutbacks which you increasingly see across all hotel chains.

Hôtel très propre - chambres très propres Un parking gratuit Un petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant. A proximité d'un centre commercial et du centre ville. Beaucoup d'épiceries et de restaurants à proximité.

We have stayed here before and found it excellent and convenient for any event in Birmingham.
