I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and haven’t been let down. Everything from check in to check out has been great- friendly stuff, generous breakfast, room condition e.t.c. The restaurant downstairs is awesome. And, last but not least, location. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city at a walking distance to tourist attractions and government offices.

Large rooms with plenty of space.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to everything one might need. The rooms are HUUUGEE, which is great on the one side, but not cozy furnished. The staff was great.

This is my father's favourite hotel, so we always stayed at this hotel when we stayed in Sofia, Bulgaria. The view of Alexander Nevsky Cathedral shining golden from my room on a summer day in Sofia was memorable. The most beautiful and convenient location in the heart of Sofia, close to Vitosha Street

すこし設備は、古めかしいですが、スタッフの対応も良く、また場所も主要観光地に近く、快適に滞在することが出来ました。

Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was perfect. Near to walk everywhere around central Sofia. Cafe was great. Good food options. Staff was exceptional.

Although the hotel has an indoor parking lot, unfortunately, we were directed to park in the municipal parking area in front of the hotel and had to pay a parking fee. We were satisfied with the breakfast. The room service was good. The reception did their best to assist us, but despite requesting smoking rooms and single beds, we didn’t get to see any of the large rooms they advertise. Our request for a room facing the Ivan Vazov Theatre was also persistently ignored. These minor inconveniences were a bit disappointing, but overall, Grand Hotel Sofia was a pleasant experience. It offers notable convenience, especially for those who have business with the ministries.

Art works are amazing. Rooms are huge. Staff is always courteous. Location is prime.
