Cafe da manha mto bom Quarto novinho sem carpete! Funcionarios educados e solicitos Localizacao perfeita no Leblon!

Ficamos no primeiro andar perto do restaurante e foi ruim pois o cheiro da comida vinha todo para o quarto! Tentamos trocar e não conseguimos!! Andar muito barulhento com crianças correndo e gritando no corredor,mas isso não foi culpa do hotel, claro! Porém, o café da manhã estava muito bom!!

Nice place to stay, great breakfast, excellent location but sound travels through the walls. Would suggest soundproofing.

Enjoyed the property very much. Desk staff always helpful. Dining room servers were pleasant and accommodating. Housekeeping was thorough and unobtrusive. Street balcony’s are recommended, beautiful canopy of trees. Bed was firm but somehow very comfortable. Pillows high quality. Decent size fridge in the upgraded room we had. Public areas pretty spotless. Minor ding is the early close of the pool 5pm. Kind of a drag that it is so early. The breakfast and the afternoon happy hour food was wonderful. Plan your day right and you could have two decent meals at the hotel free. Will stay here again for sure.

O hotel é maravilhoso! Time extremamente educado e prestativo! O café da manhã é excepcional e bem acima da média do Rio de Janeiro que não é muito boa! Quartos extremamente confortáveis Muito próximo à praia em uma excelente localização. Pontos a melhorar: O barulho das camareiras quando estão arrumando os quartos vizinhos, enviam e recebem áudios e falam alto. Os amenities de banho poderiam ser melhores, a Granado seria uma ótima escolha! Um excelente hotel!

O hotel foi reformado.. quartos e ambiente do café da manhã. Ficou bom. O atendimento.. incrível.. cheguei 14h55 para o meu checkin .. cidadão me informa que o checkin é 15h (!?); mas, que “excepcionalmente” iria me dar uma “cortesia”, permitindo o meu acesso ao Ap reservado. Pedi late checkout para 12h30.. negado. Maravilhoso!! No café da manhã, a funcionária da entrada pergunta o meu ap. Informo. “Seu café não está incluído”!! “Está no sistema”. Quanta generosidade… a minha diária contempla o café da manhã. Pessoal, atenção pls!!!

Excellent hotel located in a nice and clean and safe area. Very close to the beach two minutes walking. Excellent breakfast provided and the hotel also provided a daily buffet from 5 to 8 PM. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean.

Towels are old and should be replaced to new thick hotel style towels. Sink clogged and water does not run properly. Not the first time. Breakfast is excellent and service as well!

This hotel is situated in a charming neighborhood filled with restaurants, convenient public transportation, and a variety of shops. It truly feels like a home away from home. The beach is just two blocks away, adding to the appeal. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows that made for a restful stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, enhancing the overall experience. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, and the early evening snack buffet was a thoughtful and unique touch. I’d rate it 8/10 and recommend it for both couples and families.

As far as I am aware I did not receive any VIP benefits. However,THIS is an excellent value hotel.A good size room and very nice bathroom.They served what they called a finger buffet for free Monday- Saturday 5pm-8pm which turned out to be far superior to a finger buffet. Breakfast was also very good. When I arrived it was served up until 11am but then reduced to 10am. 11am is far better for the likes of me. Due to what I assume is lack of space the hotel does not have a lounge or bar. The hotel is well located being about 3 min walk to the beach and 3- 5 min to the main shopping and bars etc.

Excellent location perhaps is the greatest asset We always stay at this facility when visiting Rio Leblon is still the place to be with lots of dining options in walking distance The breakfast has been better in past year but now they offer a happy our with snacks and wine late in the afternoon
