The cleaning staff need to be better supervised. Floor was dirty in room. Cleaning staff would forget the coffee and cups.

Reliable and dependable, and perfect for a quick overnight whilst driving. Clean and comfy, with everything you’ll need.

Hotel is looking pretty run down, checkin guy rude, lady was wonderful

It was a visit with my family and a halfway point to my cottage which we were going to open it and put the water in.The jetted tub was good and I would maybe do that room again when I had more time to relax, The breakfast buffet was delicious as usual as we have stayed here many times in the past.The bed was very comfortable. I didn't watch TV as I couldn't figure how it worked and I really didn't have time to figure it out. The little clock is difficult to figure out how to work it so some printed directions would be useful. The same goes for the TV.

Perfect for what we needed, a place to sleep while passing through. Breakfast was good, but staff needed to check expiration on milk and the OJ machine was just water. Would definitely stay here again.

HVAC system and thermostat control in room wasn’t the greatest but other than that the room was fine.

The stay was very good. The king mattress was a bit tired - there was a significant valley in the middle which meant you were sleeping on a slope.

It is a average hotel in average condition. A bit tired. Breakfast was the same every morning, again average. So if you just need a room and not too fussy the price was decent. Our room was cared for every day which was nice and not so standard anymore.

The condition of the building has never changed over the many times we have stayed here. Except it is very quiet, which is nice.

Met all of my expectations.

We stayed for the night, my mother, my sister and I. We asked for a room close to elevator. The young man and young lady at the front desk were very friendly. The room was big, no carpets, which I love. The beds were super comfy and the pillows amazing. Parking and breakfast included. Breakfast consisted of eggs, scrambled and boiled, sausages, waffles, bread, bagels, muffins, yogurt, milk, juices, coffee, cereals. Just perfect. Couldnt have asked for more. There was also a pool but we didnt use it. Overall, Great value for the money. Would definitely stay here again. MIinutes away from Bingo and Casino too.

We were on the main floor as requested but someone on 4 above with 2 large dogs that paced all night. They did move us to 4th floor.People with dogs should be put in rooms on first floor

Relativement propre. Personel accueillant. L'environnement de l'hôtel laisse à désirer avec des maisons delabrées autour. La vue de ma chambre n'était pas agréable. J'ai dû fermer les rideaux pour éviter de regarder les débris dans les cours voisines.

Staff was great. However, hotel is rundown. Rooms could use upgrades. Not overly clean. Odd crowd at the hotel.

The furniture was scuffed and marked, like from a thrift store. The shower water pressure was very low, the bed made a lot of noise. The breakfast was poor. The ironing board had no pad on it. The TV worked on and off. We would not return to this hotel and would not refer anyone.

My stay was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were also better than I expected and included some hot options (e.g., eggs, sausages, waffles) as well as toast/bagels, cereal, and snacks (e.g., fruit, granola bars, muffins). There is a Kelsey's next door (less than 5 minute walk) which is helpful for dinner/a drink. There is an indoor pool, but no hot tub. Parking was a breeze and there were lots of open spots. Overall, I would recommend!
