Al reservar por la aplicación me salió un precio y ahí en mostrador me cobraron más y me dijeron que era un *bono* para usarlo en el desayuno así que muy listos te quieren hacer consumir en el desayuno para que te los tomen en cuenta y puedan *rebajartelos* y también cobraron otro poco aparte por servicio del hotel así que no fue beneficio reservar por expedía, no utilice el bono porque no desayunamos ahí. El baño de la habitación es muy viejo, no tienen frigobar en la habitación y la distribución del hotel complica la llegada a las habitaciones

Everything was fine but the entry door locked with the inside system. We have to wait one hour till the door was open and have access to the hotel room.

This is the 3rd year we arrived at the hotel, every year the hotel been reducing the small complements they offer years ago, like a free coffee set for two daily, water bottles in your room.

Limpieza del cuarto muy bien desayuno peor que antes el el personal que atiende la cocina deficiente el de las mesas muy amable el señor en la entrada del hotel homeless nos aventó piedras al carro le comenté a la recepción y me dijo que no era de su incongruencia el resto del personal muy amables gracias a todos

Muy buen servicio

The room was clean, a little dated but a good size room and clean. Appreciate the hard floors (no carpet). Bed was comfortable, sheets and bedding clean, good pillows. Bathroom was a little dated but everything in working order and clean. Didn’t use the pool, was a bit crowded for my liking but the pool area was indoors and appeared clean. Did use the laundry, this was a great perk. I brought my own soap but there’s a vending machine close to purchase snacks or soap for the washer if needed. Underground parking was great- helped keep car secure and cooler than the front lot. Onsite security was nice peace of mind. On the last day found out there was a free shuttle service to downtown or nearby shopping- wish I would’ve known sooner! Great perk! Plan to stay here again next time I visit family. Highly recommend this hotel, way better attention and cleanliness than the lucerna across the street. Not to mention more affordable. Good location with shopping and food nearby.

Well, hard to start with however, the place is nice. Well decorated center center in the city pretty good everything around. It was good outside. The problem was their mattresses are over 20 years old spring coming through slouch no comfort, especially if you’re a little bit heavy or not a very small person. It’s not you know it’s not comfortable. They had to change room because like I said the bed is over 20 years old they could do a renovation which I believe is if I had to classified it’s even lower than Motel six as far as the beds are concerned everything else is OK.

Excelente atención del personal, muy buena limpieza, tranquilo, muy buena ubicación. Tienen que trabajar un poco en pequeños detalles de mantenimiento estético de la propiedad. Lo recomiendo.
