Two lovely restaurants in one hotel. Sampled both and thoroughly enjoyed them. The room was good, though the restaurant background tape was a bit close for comfort, just outside the window.

Great location with wonderful views across the town and the Severn Plain.

Traditional villas, appartments around a village green. The inside of the apartments has been nicely updated. the reception area needs an professional update.

The hotels location is excellent. However, the standard of the room and breakfast was lower than a Premier Inn or Holiday Inn Express and it cost substantially more.

Beautiful location and a stunning view from our window. A clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was: It was a stiflingly hot day and the (sash) windows were limited to open only two inches! There was a tower fan provided but even putting this by the window did very little to cool the room.

Had a three night midweek stay. Hotel was very easy to find, right on main road with good signage. Car park at side. Staff were helpful and attentive. Room clean, bed comfotable, shower good. Breakfasts were filling and well cooked to order.

Friendly staff and good position. Room was large with a good sized bathroom. They have a car park and a nice outside area.

Stayed for a wedding. The hotel is convenitently located for the Malvern Hills. Bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed for one night as we were attending a friends funeral the following day. we have stayed at this hotel on many occaisions before and it has never disappointed us. The room was comfortable and clean, the food was good and locally sourced with a substantial breakfast in the morning to set you up for the day. We did not go walking this time but it is well sited to walk in the park or up to the hills and springs in the area.

Wifi in my room was a bit temperamental, beds were great, firm which is what I like. Excellent cooked breakfast

It was a last minute booking for a sunny weekend away. The hotel was lovely and will stay again if in the area.

It was all pretty good. Some areas of the room could have done with maintenance (that's the only think marked as average) but nothing that affected comfort.

Generally very good. Only negative issue was road noise. The windows are old sash style and block no road noise whatsoever and resulted in very little sleep - but I'm a light sleeper. Take earplugs and you'll be fine.

Lovely big bedroom with a huge ensuite. Very comfy bed. Very clean. Good breakfast, cooked to order so a little slow in appearing. Hotel very well positioned for exploring the town and the hills. Thank you.

The staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly. However the hotel entrance is very underwelming and dated. Room corridors feel like an office block. Such a shame as location is excellent. Many downstairs rooms look in need of restoration. Not at its best. Pity as restaurant is very pleasant.
