Some front desk staff didn’t smile, were short in their responses, not very friendly at all.

Making reservations for the restaurants is a must or you're not eating or making any show you are there for, and there was no room service making finding something to eat very difficult. Coffee and teas were in the room but no milk cream or sugars, this is small but even the most basic of hotel rooms provide this. Not a bad stay the room was comfortable but definitely not your money's worth for what you pay for a room

Outstanding service.

The room was really loud, it felt like the walls were paper thin. You are able to hear everyone in the hallway all night long. The room was updated but the bathroom was outdated.

The staff at the front desk were very accommodating. We had checked in for two separate nights and she worked it out so that we didn’t have to change rooms.

Was great. Constant poker action. Hotel room was luxurious. Way better experience than Woodbine or Niagara Falls. Food was good too.

Room was clean, check in line was long but moved fast, lots of amenities.

Check in was very far from the room location . We had to drag our luggage from the under construction parking ramp through the entire casino up an elevator through another side of the casino just to check in then back through all that to get to our room . It wasn’t convenient at all. Once in the room I it wasn’t enough lighting in the room . The shower was tiny and I didn’t like having to put a $150 deposit down after paying in full for my room . I more than likely will not return. I was exhausted having to walk so far to the room I didn’t get a chance to gamble.
