Good Points: Welcomed on arrival, shown to room. Bed comfy and room quiet. Meal and drink in bar was good. Great internet. General atmosphere and great designs, especially the sofa! Staff were really accommodating.
Bad Points: The room was clean, however, the bin had not been emptied and was full of the last guests rubbish. The light in the bathroom flashed a lot and the night lights are very bright. No instructions for the Jacuzzi. TV too low to be seen if laying in bed. They forgot us at breakfast. Placed our order and had continental but our cooked order did not arrive. No one checked on us until the end of service. They then hastily made us breakfast as restaurant was closed. It did taste nice!
