Friendly staff and a very convenient location. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy — great stay overall!

Great location close to everything

Room was good, breakfast very nice. In the heart of the city, so easy to get around.

Good location. Room was only so so. Had to park in city garage and walk a couple blocks with luggage to the hotel

The staff was great, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel was clean and in a historic building. It is located on a busy street, and the parking garage is a 5 minute walk away, so luggage handling is a little inconvenient.

Excellent location, we took the train from Dublin. The train station is less than 100 yards from the hotel. Very walkable location, we walked the sea wall/promenade to Salt Hill, Latin Quarter, Shop Street and Eyre Square. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Room was clean, bid. Two fans were in the room upon our arrival. Would absolutely stay again!!!

Only complaint would be the street noise in the evening ... the chirp-ing crosswalk at the corner well into the night difficult to sleep through. But the hotel itself; lovely. Staff; excellent...so helpful & accommodating.

Very convenient to both train and bus service as well as being in the heart of the downtown area near to Eyre Square Park and the main shopping pedways. The rooms are quite small but are manageable for very short stays. Having a large fan provided helped compensate somewhat for the absence of A/C.

you cannot beat the location - next to the train station and within walking distance of the key tourist areas. the cafe in the hotel is also very good. the room is comfortable but a bit small. only issues are thin walls so you hear your neighbors (muffled but still hear them) at times and the showers designed so poorly your whole bathroom gets wet so we had to put a lot of towels down.

Great hotel, easy discounted parking. Has a bar and restaurant. breakfast is brilliant with lots of food choices
