Unparalleled location. Beautifully situated right on the beach, with numerous shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The only drawback was that the property's air conditioning was not available until later in the summer and operated only during a limited period each day (1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.). As a result, the nights were fairly warm and uncomfortable. Aside from that, this is a stunning hotel in every respect.

L'hotel è perfettamente localizzato, la camera ha servizi e dettagli che fanno la differenza come mensole grande per lo shampoo nella doccia, mensole nella camera, ganci per appendere borse, prese ben posizionate per caricare i dispositivi elettronici, specchi grandi in camera e in bagno, ottima doccia e buona illuminazione. La colazione è ottima, il parcheggio è comodo, all'interno dell'hotel, il personale è molto gentile. In generale, una bella esperienza. Il giardino dell'hotel è bellissimo e molto ben curato. Anche la sistemazione in spiaggia è molto pratica, con personale gentile e attento. Due suggerimenti: siccome sono stata lì alla fine di maggio, il ventilatore in camera è stato sufficiente, ma credo che in piena estate un condizionatore sarebbe meglio, e anche un cestino della spazzatura in camera, oltre a quello in bagno, sarebbe utile.

Wonderful Hotel and wonderful stuff

Stayed in junior suite, excellent property very close to the beach which is superbly maintained. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Very beautiful property indeed. The head chef was simply amazing and helped us personally with vegetarian(includes egg) food.

Manager was not flexible in making changes to the reservation that were beyond our control. We had to leave a day earlier due to travel issues created by Italy train system. We checked out on time from the hotel, but were notified that the hotel would not accept our request to not be charged for the night unused due to train strike in Italy. Fan was not in working condition in our room. Other than these, items the hotel is in a great location and we had a great stay in Sperlonga.

Beautiful hotel, fully renovated, the gardens were stunning!

Struttura: hotel con ingresso-giardino e gazebo, dispone di spiaggia privata dotata di ombrellone, tavolino e sdraio. Ottimo il ristorante (aperto solo a pranzo). Colazione continentale molto varia e abbondante tanto per il dolce quanto per il salato. Personale attento, disponibile e sempre presente. L'hotel dispone inoltre di parcheggio privato; gli spazi possono risultare un po' angusti, ma con manovre attente e con un buon senso civico si riesce a sistemare l'auto senza grossi problemi, Le camere, in bianco e azzurro, sono molto pulite e ben tenute, anche se in qualche punto possono aver bisogno di una rinfrescata. Un soggiorno di classe in un borgo marinaro di singolare fascino.

Charming property on the beach. Our rooms were facing the water with large windows that opened up to a mini balcony. Service was very friendly and professional and the hotel was extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Fint hotell med mycket trevlig personal. Rummet var fint och rymligt. Tyvärr inte med havsutsikt men med två balkonger där ena balkongen erbjöd viss sjöglimt.

Fantastic stay to celebrate our 30th annniversary. The staff were all very anttentive and knew enough English to communicate with my minimal Italian. The views are stunning and we loved watching the sunset every night from our balcony. The decor could be called a little dated, but it was so charming! We especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant/bar. What an amazing place to sit and have a cocktail or a glass of wine every evening. Highly recommend!
