Comfortable and in the famous areas. I can go to shopping areas easy, just in front of the hotel . Near the palace 5 minutes walk. The room was cleaned. Bed was comfy. The shower room was cleaned. The reception was so nice and welcome. She gave me a gift when i checked out.

Beautiful centrally located hotel in the pedestrian zone of Salzburg. Quirky old hotel with super features. Our room was fantastic for a family of 4- we were just three.two bathrooms one was huge!! Kitchen well equipped although we would have liked a kettle to boil water for our tea! Although There was a fancy coffee machine Beds super comfy. Great location walking distance to old town. Loved it would highly recommend.

I can sum it up in one word: Gemütlichkeit! The hotel is charming and quaint. Breakfast was great! Location is optimal; it’s near lots of restaurants, die Alte Stadt and on a pedestrian street with shopping. Our room was clean and quiet, and well appointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. We will be returning at Christmas time!

What a wonderful find! The star was so friendly & helpful. The breakfast had everything including bacon & eggs. The location was an easy walk to everything in Salzburg with good restaurants & shopping all around. Also, it was an easy 10 euro ride to the train station.

This charming hotel is located in the city center with just about everything within less than a 15-minute walk. Moreover, the staff was phenomenal, and the included breakfast was wonderful.

Staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful and spoke English very well. Room was clean and very comfortable. A bit warm but the oscillating tower fan was great for sleeping. Breakfast was a nice, traditional European breakfast. Recommend if you want to be in the heart of the old world atmosphere with great views of the castle and churches.

We very much enjoyed this hotel. Charming with modern amenities and a good included breakfast. Short walk over the bridge to all the sights. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Definitely recommended.

Lovely hotel with character. Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice bar and excellent restaurant in hotel. Breakfast service was lacking but otherwise a great stay. Great location!

A gem! Location was perfect. Room was spacious(by European standards) and sparkly clean. There was even a stand fan in the room, which I appreciated since the temps were in 30+ C range.
