check-in con ritardo di due ore e difficoltà a parlare con la struttura nelle ore precedenti l'arrivo. Acqua debole in doccia e bidet, armadio impolverato. Telecomando tv non ben funzionante

地點雖然近，但實際地址和網上地點不同。衛生方便就唔得，所有用品都有骯髒，不太清潔。早餐不是自助早餐，要行好遠。

ESTUVIMOS BIEN

Le camere sono nuove e spaziose. Ezio è molto gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca la colazione: si riceve un buono per farla in un bar sotto il b&b ma si puó prendere solo un caffè/cappuccio e una brioches.

anche se non esite una reception il gestore è stato gentile e si è presentato sul posto in breve tempo, peccato che non aveva la chiave e abbiamo dovuto aspettare un attimo.

Good location, big room and clean

Et virkelig imponerende værelse til prisen. Morgenmaden var blot en sandwich på et morgenmads-sted, men til pengene, og med værelsets kvalitet in mente var det ikke noget stort minus.

Wij hebbeb overnacht in een nieuw gedeelte van dit B&B hotel. Zeer stijlvol en mooi ingericht. Mooie badkamer, prima airco en lekker bed. Ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Petit déjeuner au bar d'à côté ...un peu limite !!! Avec un tout petit café et une viennoiserie et c'est tout: UN PEU JUSTE !!!!

Hotellia ei siivottu koko viikon aikana eli puhtaita pyyhkeitä tai lakanoita ei näkynyt. Ilmastoinnin vesiastian jouduimme itse tyhjentämään. Ja roskia kukaan ei hakenut huoneesta. Hotelli on vilkkaan pääkadun varrella joten äänet kuuluvat hyvin sisään, tällöin se ei sovellu lapsiperheille. Etäisyydet olivat melko pitkiä esim Ericen vanhaan kaupunkiin, mutta ostoksille pääsi hyvin kun kaikki kaupat ovat pääkadun varrella. Taksia koko Trapanista voi olla vaikea löytää.

Very dissapointed that they don't have a 'real reception' - when I arrived I couldn't get inside the hotel as it was locked up. I had to call the owner to come and let me in...wasted over 1 hour trying to find a public phone and buying a phone card...not a good start! Rooms are OK, quite big and clean. Good location. Breakfast is in a nearby cafe - very poor...you will only get a cup of coffee and a small croissant...so you will feel hungry after half an hour... Good for 1 or 2 night- stay if you need a cheap accomodation in Trapani.
