Bit older hotel but very well maintained. Generous breakfast. Free parking. Great service overall.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berner Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war lecker und hatte eine große und frische Auswahl. Leider bot das Badezimmer keine Privatsspäre, da es nicht durch Wände sondern nur von gefärbten Glaswänden von dem Schlafbereich abgetrennt war. Jedes Licht ect. drang vom Badezimmer in den Hotelraum.

Der Übernachtungspreis von fast 300 CHF pro Nacht ohne Frühstück, ist für die gebotene Leistung deutlich zu hoch.

Professional receptionists and clean stylish hotel

This does not meet the standard you would expect of a 4* hotel. The rooms are tiny, beds uncomfortable, had to lie the wrong way in bed to get reliable wifi connection and the 'bathroom' is an area of the room with an opaque plastic surround. The gym was awful - 3 pieces of equipment and the temperature of the sauna with no working AC. Pool is tiny. Staff were lovely and super helpful, but the best thing about this hotel is the lobby.

We had a lovely balcony overlooking the road. Very small elevator. Nice and quiet courtyard. It was easy to navigate public transit from this location. There are restaurants within walking distance. There was sometimes a weird smell in our room but other than that we had a very lovely stay here.

The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good.

The room was clean and offered a nice view, but that’s about it. Everything else was disappointing, especially considering the high price...definitely not worth it. The breakfast was of very poor quality. This hotel definitely does not meet the standards of a 4-star establishment. Thanks nonetheless to the reception staff, who were kind and professional

Nice location, friendly staff, clean rooms, the beds were lose to my liking and bathroom seemed small but overall good value for the price. I’d stay here again if I could.

Good reasonable place to stay in Bern, great also that only 70m from a Sixt rental car to explore Interlaken.

Unglaublich schöne Aussicht

Wie die 4 Sterne zustande kommen erschliesst sich mir nicht. Ausser durch das sehr freundliche personal. Mein Bett war auf der einen Seite durchgelegen und auf der anderen Seite 20 cm von der Wand zur Nasszelle entfernt. Die Sauberkeit in der Nasszelle ist oberflächlich.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Spa is small but clean and so nice to have the facilities to myself every morning.

Nettes Hotel zu fairem Preis. Sauber, modern, alles gut. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass man mit dem Aufenthalt freie Fahrt mit dem ÖPNV erhält und so in ein paar Minuten mit der Tram in der Altstadt ist. Das alles per Mail und App vorab. Außerdem konnten wir unser e-Auto in der Garage laden (gg. Gebühr natürlich) ohne Standzeitbegrenzung; also kein Umparken.
