Perfectly situated in the centre of town, near the castle, salt mines are twenty minutes away by bus. Bars and restaurants close by.

Överlag ett bra hotel som i vårt tycke låg väldigt centralt till det man behöver se i Krakow. Men testa ACn direkt för på rum 15 fungerade den inte riktigt som den ska och ha fönstret öppet är ljudet från gatan väldigt störande.

Great location, spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff. An amazing breakfast every morning! We were at the front of the hotel on main road to the square so it could get noisy at night with window open, however the aircon is good so quiet with the window closed. Would definitely recommend this hotel, great value for money too.

Great place to stay. Centrally located boutique hotel within steps of the city center and main square. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Jan.

Room was ok, there were two floor levels, like a step from where the bathroom was to where the bed was: trip hazzard for sure. Location was optimum. Breakfast ok, not great.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Perfect location. Our room had windows to the courtyard so it was very silent. Good breakfast. An old fashioned key (not a big problem).

The hotel location is wonderful and value for money

A little hard to find, even if it's right on the bussiest street. Lots of people in the street in the late eveing, but the room was quiet enough to sleep. Nice breakfast and lots of shopping and resturant everywhere.

Super hôtel, très propre, bien géré. Petit plus non négligeable : la clim dans la chambre ! Personnel très sympa et à l'écoute. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel très bien situé dans la vieille ville. cela a amélioré notre séjour qui a été gâché par le prestataire Super Krakow chez qui nous avions réservé la visite du camp d'Auschwitz.

Muy agradable experiencia

Couldn’t fault it the hotel was in a prime location just of main square in a pedestrian area. Our room was a nice size and the hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was very good and the staff were all friendly. If I was visiting Krakow again would definitely choose this hotel.
