clean and comfortable room, staff is good, not for from tube or train but far from city centre around 30 - 40 min.

Room was tired, stains, blind rusty and didn’t work, I chose a room with a window, but there was no view, a wall instead an couldn’t open the window even a tiny bit for fresh air, waste of money; fire alarm covered with plastic bag, receptionist had to connect the card machine to her personal phone to take payment; the adjoining restaurant is basic and they don’t even bring food to the table, but shout to you to come and get it; wooden throw away knives and forks, plastic cups; then present you with an A4 frame to review them!! Food cold. This is not 4 star!! More like 2 star at best

The room itself was fine but there was a humming noise and vibration every few minutes possibly the fans right outside. Someone spilt water over the carpet. We had wet feet as soon as we walked over the carpet. The mirror in the bathroom is useless, you can hardly see yourself, also the mirror in the hallway is not good for doing makeup. The room smelled possibly because of the water in the carpet. The room had no fridge. All pretty basic but ok for 1 night.

The hotel and rooms were really small and they failed to tell us at check in that we had to insert the key card into the wall for electricity so due to us not being able to call down (there’s no phone in the room) to front desk for help we had to walk down there for every inconvenience and that electricity thing was the first of a few. The staff were really helpful throughout though so the stay wasn’t that bad.

Great stay clean rooms, a little bit of a maze to the rooms with no windows but was cosy enough

Rummet kändes försummat och det luktade instängt och blött. Gick inte att öppna något fönster för att vädra. Sängen var hård, man kände fjädrarna igenom madrassen. Men det var någonstans att sova, med dusch och toa. Hotellet låg nära tunnelbana och busshållplatser vilket var smidigt.

Hyvällä paikalla lähellä metroasemaa. Huone tosi pieni, samoin sänky kahdelle nukkujalle. Huone oli siisti, siivottiin päivittäin ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Hintaluokkaam sopiva, ei luksusta mutta aivan ok.

Booked 3 rooms. 116 and 118 got no sleep due to noisy and vibrating aircon units. 129 different problems, no WiFi and no tv (internet tv only with no aerial). Toilet so close to towel rail you burnt yourself

Nice staff. Liked having a wardrobe and chest of drawers- a well designed room.

Un grand merci pour les dames de ménages, elles sont top ! Facile d’accès le personnel est super sympas et c’est propre. Dommage que nous puissions pas ajuster le chauffage comme nous le souhaitions car il faisait un peu froid.

The best thing about this hotel was the shower in our room. We were woken at 0630 on Sunday morning by the whole room shaking and the door rattling due to a washing machine on spin cycle on the floor above us (we were in a basement room). We reported to reception who really couldn't have cared less and blamed other guests (with a washing machine in their room???) At check-in we were asked if we wanted the breakfast in the adjoining cafe at a special offer price, which we bought, but the food was terrible, only the toast and baked beans were edible (the egg was so undercooked it was still raw in places) - don't waste your money, instead walk a few metres down the road to the Kish Persian restaurant who serve fantastic breakfasts and coffee.

Wonderful staff, clean room and great location though lots of noise from corridors which impacted a good night sleep.

Nice place with a great bed. There was a damp smell to room and the floorboards were loose under the carpet, also the door got stuck to the floor when opening so it was hard to get in (room 404). However, the shower and bath were nice with great pressure and

The room was very basic. Not a lot of room to walk. The alarm woke us up and was on for hours.

Very strong sewage smell ground floor, no heating, bathroom radiator heater not working Raised with reception no effort made to resolve. Loud disruptive noises around the back of our room and directly outside from 6.30am

Room was spacious with windows Lift takes a long time so i would use tve stairs after waiting for so long Room's are dated furniture strached and not maintained i stayed here over 8 years ago it felt new then its now in need of a refurbishment The only change was chai wala they had there own restaurant before Not enough lighting in 218 by the bathroom mirror so u cannot see anything Air con should have instructions
