clean and comfortable room, staff is good, not for from tube or train but far from city centre around 30 - 40 min.

Honestly, it was a nice hotel, easy check in and out, good breakfast deal but we had our room on floor -1 so no windows which made us feel very claustrophobic and want to get out. Maybe if they had warned us beforehand it wouldn’t be such a shock. Apart from that very clean , comfy bed and nice staff.

I rarely complain but I had bed bugs in my bed. I woke up very itchy and saw the bedsheets had those black dots that indicate bed bugs. The room temperature was difficult to control and I couldn’t close the window that was open and the AC didn’t therefore help. The bathroom sliding door was very stiff and therefore couldn’t be closed properly. The staff were lovely but the cleanliness of the room was awful because of the bed bugs! I was so uncomfortable during the night because of the itching! I had such high hopes for this hotel and I’m really disappointed.

The toilet didn’t flush and the lights didn’t work kept flicking on and off

Do not stay at this hotel, rooms smell extremely damp and there are bed bugs. Even after I left the hotel to check in to another hotel after finding blood stained sheets & was promised a refund I have still not received this

Very good room apart from a faulty toilet - hope they can repair it and stop it making a dripping noise all night as I reported it the next morning. I have stated there more than once and usually it us very good.

There was a problem with cold water supply in my room, I was unable to shower or wash as the water was scalding. There was no cold water to shower or wash basin I reported it at reception on 2/4 at reception, I was told they would get someone to sort it while I was at work, when I got back in evening, nothing had been done. None of the staff I spoke to knew anything about it as it appears my complaint wasn’t passed on.

The bedrooms, bath and bathrooms are not very clean, and the waste bins are not emptied

There was an ongoing smell of drains in the room and clear signs of mould inside the wardrobe

There was some dips in the floor, and the shower wasn't fully clean other than that all good.

Was a great stay

Cleaner never hoovered in 5 days or wiped down shelves in bathroom or room.Shower tray.was blocked.They sent maintenance up to unblock it he never cleaned up after him.We had to clean up ourselves and put bleach down afterwards because of the smell.

Very nice hotel in a very convenient location

Pour accéder à la chambre, il faut monter et descendre des escaliers. Chambre petite sans fenêtre, mal isolé. Point positif : hôtel proche d’énormément de transport ( bus, métro)

Close to public transportation and shopping.

The room was way to hot unable to open window that looked out on to a brick wall

Good hotel for business

The Customer Service was terrible and left me traumatised. I booked for two nights and received my key card on first night so clearly checked in before midnight. In second night they booked out my room and another guest entered my room whilst zI was semi naked it was traumatising for me. A receptionist came banging on my door to get out the room even though I explained I was booked for two nights and was threatened that they will call the police if I didn't show my ID. I showed my ID and nobody got back to me about the admin error. I had to call reception who explained my booking was accidently deleted and they rebooked my room and they apologised they double booked my room. I had no apology from the receptionist how she banged on my door with a thteatening attitude. I couldn't sleep that night and checked out early as possible. I want a full refund for how I was left terrified and traumatised that someone would enter my room again.I will never come back to this hotel again or recommend it. In all the last 3 decades I have used hotels, I never been treated like this so poorly ever.
