Can't wait very nice quiet lovely hotel. breakfast very good

I’ve stayed here twice now. Amazing location for downtown ningbo. I was upgraded to a high floor river view corner room which was very nice. Swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are all great. The staff are very good - nothing too much trouble. Easy check in and out. They even let my extended family come and join us in the pool at no extra costs. The breakfasts are so good. Noodle bar and lots of international options. I’ve marked down on sustainability as there is still far too much single use plastic throughout the hotel. So unnecessary but the same all over China

ロビーの場所・入り口はわかりにくかったです。初めて行く場合はタクシーで行くことをお薦めします。 中心地である天一広場から徒歩5分とのことですが、悪天候の時に歩いて行こうとしたらロビーの入り口を見つけるまで10分以上かかりました。

2606房間設備殘舊, 浴缸水龍頭滲水, 轉用花洒的掣已經不能用, 房內牆壁及浴室門有很多污漬, 衣櫃門不能關. 早餐食物種類以寧波食物為主, 質素較差, 連茶包沖茶都沒有, 不似香格裡拉酒店的質素. 酒店價格在當地已經偏貴, 但物非所值, 非常失望.

整體環境不錯，房間沒有煙味，只是舊了一點。服務也很好

The river view room has fantastic river views, especially at night. Very good location , walking distance to most of famous sightsees. However the previous customers must have smoked inside the room, we made complaint to the hotel, it took them the whole day to make the heavy smoking smell away.

It’s fine been at better sister hotels Cleaner keeps forgetting stuff for the bathroom either towels or amenities Good room Good enough breakfast but always a rush to get food literally

We enjoyed our stay at Shangri-La throughly. Staffs are friendly and professional and the hotel is very clean. Swimming pool and its changing rooms are well maintained. Alva of horizon club lounge is the highlight of our stay. It’s nice to see her with a big smile in the morning and her attention to details is amazing.
