Was a very clean hotel staff were super helpful and friendly pool was amazing kids loved it ended up staying 2 extra nights will definitely book at this hotel again 😀

very good breakfast

Hotel was great, room was clean, staff was awesome, pool opens at 6am and has a 10pm- midnight Adults only time if you don't enjoy screaming children and actually want to enjoy the pool in peace and quiet 😀. Parking is definitely not a problem when busy. Pizza take out right in parking lot is awesome.

Everything was fantastic! Rooms were clean and beds were super comfy, staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was fantastic and the kids loved the water slide! Would stay here again for sure!

We were lucky to get an upgraded renovated room. It was amazing, the service was great, the front desk personnel were exceptional, overall a wonderful experience, looking forward to the next time!

My wife, son and I stayed here on our weekend to Edmonton. The hotel grounds were well kept, the pool with water slide were a ton of fun and the included full breakfast spread included! Great place to stay for families! Room with 2 queen beds was quite large, beds were comfortable. Complimentry coffee/capaccino machine in lobby for hot drinks on the go. Worth the stay!

Clean room. FABULOUS breakfast! Friendly staff. Easy to get to. Adult pool hours 10-midnight. Great water pressure in shower. Comfortable bed. Would stay again!

Me and my kids had a good stay

I will make this brief clear and point form: - the front desk clerk was rude and condescending when dealing guests - the rugs in the room which was located on the ground floor were wet - there were 2 sets of towels for 4 registered guests - pool area had run out of towels during our swim with no more available. - mildew was located around the bathtub silicone and in the grout islands - breakfast which we had @ 7:30am was below Best Western Plus standards with mold being found in the hasbrowns and food being served at unsafe Food Safe temps as eggs and ham were lukewarm - myself and family are now suffering sinus and lung issues stemming from our stay in a room is which we were denied a change and not offered any resolution other than to stay. - 2 charges of $100 are pending on my credit card instead of the one agreed to as a hold for stay. I will not be staying at Best Western Olus in South Edmonton again

Black mold throughout the whole room covered up by wallpaper which is peeling off the wall. You can smell the mold as soon as you walk in the room. The staff wouldn’t do anything except say “there’s nothing we can do we don’t know anything about it and refused to even come to the room denied it being there even with showing photos, was told “too bad” I’ll never stay here again. The floors were soaked right thru the main level from the pool. Tried to call prior to even arriving at the hotel and the front desk continuously put me on hold and I was still on hold while I arrived to see her sitting on her phone without anyone even there. What an absolute nightmare of a situation. 10/10 will never ever go back to this hotel!

Staff were amazing!

Property was clean, and room was spacious. I fell hard coming off the elevator due to wet floor. The sign should have been visible from the doors (straight ahead) and not to the left where people can’t see the sign until they turn the corner. Not allowed to bring water, but during the adult swim times there were guests drinking wine and other beverages. The hotel staff said the people were charged, but still allowed to drink?

Hotel was nice and excellent location. Road noise was noticeable but not too bad

It was a very good stay. We actually ask to check in a half hour early and they made it happen.

The breakfast lady was AMAZING for our allergies. She checked labels quickly and showed us what was safe for us. She was really great and we are VERY grateful!!

Rooms and hallways are being renovated beautifully. I’m so glad I chose this hotel and stayed in a nicely renovated room. Everything seemed to be well looked after even though going through renovations. The specialty coffee machine and water cooler is a nice addition.

The room was large and so was the bathroom. The hotel could use an update. Staff members were friendly and provided good service. The breakfast was excellent and had full hot and cold food options.

Good liocation

Rooms were clean. Pool was clean. Renovations ongoing throughout hotel but noise and disruptions were kept to a minimum. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Staff were helpful and polite, despite being busy. Rooms were clean, and big free breakfast buffet was amazing! I didn’t make it into the pool as it was pretty busy with lots of kids/families, but glad they do have adult only hours 10-12 if I had wanted to wait.
