Everything was fine. Great stay.

The room was clean and very spacious. We had trouble with our TV and the staff was very helpful.

Clean, comfortable room and good breakfast.

Bed was very worn. There was a sivet on one side in the shape of the countless people who created it. The shower tap was ill working and the shower head barely let you get wet due to its poor pressure. The workout room had 4 pieces of workout equipment 2 of which were broken. At least the sheets were clean.

Hotel charged my credit card for a small black stain on a towel . Never been charged ever for somethig like this at any hotel ive stay . Will never stay at that location again .

No where on the website did it say that the hotel was not pet friendly. In this day and age where dogs are allowed on patios and in stores, we didn’t even question it. We have never had an issue anywhere we have stayed before and are happy to pay the pet fee, however we arrived at the hotel very late in the night, it was -25 outside and had a crying baby and our small dog only to be told we were not allowed to stay here and we were turned away. We were expected to go out into the streets and find a new hotel or be charged $300 for our small pet. At this time we would be staying here less than 12 hours. I have never in my life been treated the way I was today. Who turns a family away with a small baby into a freezing cold night close to 11pm to find a new place to stay? I understand if pets are not allowed, but this should be visible on the website when booking and signed off on. I had to agree to many other items of the hotel and pets never came up. This was appalling. I will never ever stay at a BW again in my life.

Easy location, lots of free parking,very friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub, great free breakfast with lots of options, comfortable and clean rooms.

Booked a romantic one night getaway at Best Western Plus… also known as “we have an early medical appointment and value sleep.” The hotel delivered exactly what we needed: quiet, clean, comfy beds, and front desk staff who were absolutely amazing — welcoming, efficient, and genuinely kind. Not a single complaint, unless you count realizing this is what counts as excitement now.

Pool was closed for renovations

Poor notice that pool was closed. Staff insisted it was on booking site but I couldn’t find it on Hotels.com. Maybe on Expedia.

We booked a month in advance of our stay because of the pool -we did not find out pool was under renovations and closed for a month and over our stay for Christmas. Hotel took no responsibility.or empathy - Expedia's responsibility to tell us pool under renovation. Staff had no autonomy - 3 different staff at 3 separate occasions asked simply answered questions - all 3 responses were they would have to phone management for guidance. All responses when finally received had no indication of concern for customers. And nothing is worse that having toilet paper and kleenex that is like thinly shaved paper. We had stayed at this hotel before because of convenient location, but probably will not return int he future.
