Das Zimmer war sauber, ein paar kleine Härchen waren jedoch im Bett zu finden. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut mit den öffentlichen Anbindungen und Geschäften in der Nähe, aber die Umgebung entspricht nicht unbedingt dem Standard des Hotels. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus gratis bekommen, diese sind jedoch begrenzt.

Sehr gutes Frühstück!

Parken war vor dem Hotel aufgrund der geringen Parkplätze nicht möglich. Allerdings sind in näherer Umgebung genug Parkhäuser. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine riesige Baustelle, dort wird ein neues Gebäude errichtet, am Wochenende hatten wir keinen Lärm, allerdings ist es kein schöner Ausblick. Die Umgebung ist typisch Bahnhofslastig, aber man ist in 25-30min zu Fuss in der schönen Altstadt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, da gab es so viel Auswahl, da wird sicherlich jeder satt.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichteter Frühstücksort! Nettes Personal. Gemüse und Obst zum selbst pressen. Toll!

Apartment is nice BUT and overall cleab: - toilet had a vey bad smell and my kids didn't want to use it - it is located on a noisy street - it is listed as have AC but only had standing ventilators. it was very hot !!

Centrally located near the train station. Plenty of shopping and dining options locally. Easy to get about salzburg and local area by bus.

If I could give an 11 out of 10 for this hotel, I would in a heartbeat!! Levy Hotel in Salzburg was an oasis in the city. Located a block from the Hauptbahnhof,the rooms were extremely clean, large, and the staff extremely accommodating and wonderful. The breakfast was way more than I expected and included English offering of bacon and eggs. I recommend Levy Hotel to everyone.

Yövyimme 5hlö perheellä täällä. Huoneisto oli kauniisti sisustettu ja siisti, aamupala erinomainen. Huoneisto oli yöllä hieman lämmin, mutta ikkunat avaamalla olisi ongelma varmaan väistynyt. Oikeastaan ainoa miinus liian voimakkaan tuoksuisesta wc-raikastimesta 😅

Litt dodgy nabolag, men kort vei fra jernbanen som var viktig for oss. Lett gange inn i byen og videre til gamle byen. Var litt skeptisk da vi gikk opp trappe og inn i hotellet, men veldig positivt overrasket over store, rene, fine rom. Separat WC og dusj rom. Veldig god frokost med fersk appelsin jus (juser eller old school presse.

Fint og rent. Eneste der trækker lidt ned er at det ligger lidt væk fra bymidten, parkering var lidt vanskelig med de ensrettede gader og at morgenmaden var i en tilstødende bygning. Men alt i alt et fint sted.

First we had to call someone to find out how to get in. Then there were one card key for 5 of us and every door you went through required a card key and the room required the card to turn on the electricity. So if you needed something out of the car everyone was left in the dark. Plus hotels.com never said there was a charge for breakfast or the additional fee we got charged at check in. So both of you were misleading on breakfast and parking was a real parking we finally found a place. But not at easy as you both indicated. And when the hotel across the street is finished there will be no parking.

Sehr große saubere und neu renovierte Zimmer. Frühstück sehr lecker und umfangreich. 5 Gehminuten vom Hbf entfernt.

O quarto era bem amplo e confortável para 3 pessoas. O café da manhã é servido no prédio ao lado e conta com um buffet diverso. O sistema de você fazer o próprio suco é muito bom, com opções como laranja, gengibre, cenoura, etc. Localização excelente.

Habitación grande, el desayuno incluido una maravilla, a 100 metros de la estación lo que lo hace muy cómodo para llegar y salir con maletas. Lo recomiendo mucho

Close to train station

Stayed here for one night with family. Pro: convenient location to the train station. Clean and spacious room. Cons: no staff when you need them. We couldn’t even enter the property because no staff at all. We waited outside until some other guests swiped us in. Then we still couldn’t get the key. We had to make a call to their emergency number which costed us an international call plus roaming. They later told me there’s an email sent to me but I somehow didn’t receive it until we jumped through all the loopholes and stuck there for at least 15 minutes. The hotel can’t assume people have access to email and make phone calls on the same day you travel. It’s not the first time we use Expedia or similar type, but it’s the first time unable to check in ever happened to me. I was not happy about it. The information should be send out at least one day before arrival if not right after booking. The room was cold at night, especially shower room. There’s a little heater in the shower room but it doesn’t work. There’s no housekeeping available. Last but not least, despite the hotel is called “room and breakfast” the breakfast is not included.
