Wonderful, clean, modern hotel with a great location. Away from the madness of Banff Ave, but close enough to the center to be convenient. We were assigned a room right along the driveway where service trucks would pull in every morning around 6-6:30am, but it wasn't an issue for us because we had to wake up early every morning during our stay there. And Banff is not an ideal place to sleep in anyways. If you want a more peaceful sleep, I would recommend asking for a quiet room. Ample clothes hangers, closet, and drawer space, which is mostly what I am looking for in the living area. There is only 1 washer and dryer in the laundry room and the dryer is not that efficient in drying clothes, so if someone else is doing laundry, you will have to wait for 2 dryer cycles like we did. The only thing I would change is the positioning of the vanity mirrors. One was behind the coffee and tea station, which was difficult to access, and the other was on the bathroom door, which is difficult to use if the bathroom door is slid open. Expensive, but I would stay again if I got a good deal in the future. Banff hotels are expensive!
