Très bon séjour en famille pour découvrir Bâle. La gare de train pour Bâle est situé à 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre de Bâle en 10 minutes. Les seuls parking disponibles sont tous payant et il vaut mieux passer par l'hôtel car légèrement moins cher. Les chambres sont spacieuses et moderne. La literie est très bonne mais les coussins sont un peu petit à mon goût. Un parc aquatique jouxte l'hôtel pour un excellent moment de détente en famille. Le restaurant est bon et heureusement car pas d'autres options dans l'environnement proche à part un fast food à environ 10-15 minutes à pied.

Good room and friendly staff… but booked this because it said “swimmingpool”… Having promised the family access to the pool meant having to pay an additional 4 x €35. When hotels.com states pool is part of the services but the hotel denies this…

Meget venlig og hjælpsom velkomst ved check-in. Fint og rent hotel. Det lå lidt uden for bymidten men meget nemt at tage toget ind til centrum, og perfekt placering når man som os kun var på gennemrejse og skulle videre næste dag og samtidigt nemt kunne nå at se lidt af Basel.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was nice , with with selections. Our room was also nice.

Chambre propre mais fenêtre scellée, impossible d'aérer. Heureusement nous ne sommes pas claustrophobes. Par conséquent les odeurs restent, et la salle de bain a des remontées d'égouts. Lunettes de wc avec des traces brunes dans les recoins, pas rassurant. Pas de sac hygiénique mis à disposition non plus.

Great staff who are always happy to help. The hotel is clean and tidy, the team responsible for cleaning do a great job. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is really good. I have stayed here a couple of times now, and will again in the future should I need to be in this area for business again.

Sehr schönes ambiente. Gratis cityticket mit diversen angeboten, welches wir für einen Ausflug nach basel nutzten. Frühstück perfekt danke.

Great hotel and room.

This seemed to be in a quiet area of the town, but was close to where I was working. The restaurant was good although not too much choice. I would definitely stay here again.
