Beautiful hotel, but no longer five star because the restaurant, bar and pool closed during Covid and have not re opened. The photos for the hotel are deceiving. Had o known this, I definitely wood have booked a different hotel.

Charging $60 to check in early is not reasonable.

Pr0perty lacks restaurant/bar and decent gym. Location and staff were great. Rooms standard

Good bed, nice view on my floor. Good mini kitchen, nice front desk. I like the shampoo wall mounted receptacles instead of tiny little bottles of disposable plastic

Bathroom privacy leaves a lot to the imagination

The hotel suite was very clean and has all amenities we would expect in a first class hotel.

Property had what we were looking for. Downtown location with access to metro

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. The room is not as good as the first time. Specially the shower , is not easy to get in…….😬

I had great hospitality at this hotel. I’d come back again.

Ce fut notre première et notre dernière fois à cet hôtel. Nous sommes des voyageurs avec énormément d'expérience autour du monde, particulièrement en Amérique du Nord. À Montréal, nous sommes des habitués de l'hôtel Bonaventure, Hilton Midtown et du Birks Hôtel. Nous avons voulu essayer un nouvel endroit. Quelle déception! Le seul point positif a été la piscine pour notre enfant. Encore là, l'horaire était déroutant.

Je suis déçue qu'on nous n' averti pas avant de louer la chambre que la piscine est fermée à cause des travaux; que le stationnement n'est pas gratuit; que le bar/restaurants est fermée; et malheureusement avec la foyer qui fait un bruit d'enfer quand il est allumer, se combinant avec le frigo qui rajoute aux bruits, pour le prix... on a vraiment mal dormi. On a pas senti que c'était insonorisé. On entendait la circulation dehors comme dans le corridors la fermeture des portes. Heureusement les oreiller hors de prix ont servi de bouchons. Déçu du petit séjours pour le prix et les commodités absents.

One of the main reasons for booking the hotel was the pool as we were travelling with an 8 year old that loves to swim. On arrival we were told the pool was closed. Staff were apologetic and offered us breakfast in exchange but feel we should really have been informed ahead of time about lack of pool access. Also one of the sinks dropped from under the basin top when we were using it. So we had to move rooms. Again staff very helpful so no complaints there but makes you wonder if the place could do with a bit of tlc. Bistro also closed.

Close to everything. You could walk. Only bad thing pool was out, it would of been gorgeous to try
