Perfect location for anything central Montreal. Friendly staff. Tastefully decorated. Perfectly clean.

It was like staying at a high end boutique hotel. The rooms were gorgeous and the staff was soo politely and helpful. It was blocks from the bell centre. Very convenient for the concert we were going to. Minutes from shopping which I appreciated. The pool was cute and cozy. No one was there when we went to that was good but where it’s smaller if there were more people it would get crowded quickly. Amazing place to stay will stay again

This is a good choice for a stay in central Montreal. Exceptionally clean, my room was quiet and the front desk staff couldn’t have been more helpful. A refreshing break from the chain hotel experience. You can walk or take the Metro (half a block away) to all the sites.

The brand new hotel was very impressive, l really enjoy the bedding, the bed was super comfortable and the robe felt like l was in a cloud, the location of the hotel is very convenient as well, across peel station and just a block from st catherines tons of shopping and restaurants, the staff was overly friendly, very helpful. The only thing l wasn't super happy about was the water pressure on the shower, other than that it was very high end, towels, sleepers, wifi, tv with wireless connection to your phone, l think it had chromecast connection, the pool was ok, not very warm but it was refreshing, all good in general.

The hotel just opened so some amenities, like the pool and room service, were not available. But the rooms are beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The location in great for shopping/restaurants.

We had an amazing stay here! The rooms were very well appointed and very very clean! The service was also amazing! Nothing to complain about. Next time we are in MTL we will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is adjacent to McGill in downtown Montreal. Walkable to great restaurants and Old Port Montreal. In fact, the restuRant in the hotel was excellent with professional and skilled servers. The aesthetic of the hotel is extraordinary in its calming visual aesthetic and highly functional design. Our room was well appointed and beautiful with a fireplace, large bathtub, perfect lighting and comfortable bedding and beds. Most significantly, the front desk staff, Olivia and Chloe, worked hard to change our rooms when our first room had a noisy neighbor. They went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional!

Beautiful! The bed was so comfortable. The shower was sublime. The coffee and the Santal products made the stay feel extra luxurious. The staff was attentive and friendly. The extra attention to detail in the decor stood out for its style and intrigue. I would definitely stay again.

Nice boutique hotel in a great downtown location, about a 25-minute walk to Old Montreal. The rooms were modern, minimalist, and very clean. The pool is shaded all day, which was nice during the hot weather, but it is quite small, so larger groups shouldn’t expect much room to swim. The cocktails at the hotel restaurant were excellent, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. Our only complaint was the check-in process. We were told our room would be ready earlier than expected, but it ended up taking several hours longer than we had been advised. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any updates or explanation during the wait. We did speak with hotel management about the communication breakdown, and they were very receptive. They apologized, said they would address the issue, and kindly offered us complimentary drinks as a gesture of goodwill.

The location was perfect for our visit to Montréal. Close to great shopping , restaurants and historical site. The staff was kind and helpful and gave great recommendations and directions. The small pool on site was a fun surprise. Room was clean and spacious.

Overall ok place, location and staff were the best part of it. Their gym is missing lots of equipments and super small. Price wise was a little over priced for what you can get around it. Fully renovated, but the washroom has a bad smell.

Staff was wonderful and very welcoming. Hotel itself is really well located in centre ville. Rooms were nicely appointed and very comfortable. Would certainly stay here again when we visit Montreal next.

The hotel was amazing, beautiful room, the staff were professional. A night, we came back to the hotel around 11pm and want to took a shower, there was no hot water. We called the reception, somebody came to our room 5min later and problem solved. I recommend this hotel.
