Hotel antigo, com uma fachada única por fora, mas por dentro, são prédios interligados que causam desconforto pela quantidade de corredores, que parecem um labirinto. Os tapetes são antigos, o papel de parede é velho, banheiro mal cuidado, o papel higiênico parace uma folha de jornal, horrível. Não possui ar condicionado em nenhum dos quartos e na internet oferece a disponibilidade do equipamento. A TV parece um monitor de computador antigo, de 24 polegadas. Eles oferecem um ventilador bem pequeno, que fica em cima de uma mesa velha de madeira, que é totalmente ineficiente para o calor do verão europeu. Parece até piada olhar para aquele ventilador, tamanha falta de consideração com os hóspedes. Não há estacionamento no hotel e a rua na frente dele está em reforma. Tem que dar uma volta bem grande para chegar ao local, contudo não é possível estacionar perto. Então tem que procurar estacionamentos privados e pagar por isso ou ter a sorte de encontrar um estacionamento público próximo, o que é muito raro de acontecer. Mesmo contando com a sorte de estacionar próximo, ainda tem o inconveniente de ter que arrastar as malas pelas ruas e calçadas, algumas com partes de pedra, que dificultam o transporte delas, tendo que, muitas vezes levantar e carregar as malas para conseguir movimentá-las. Sem condições de se hospedar, tivemos que reservar outro hotel.

The rooms are sparse and the beds are a bit firm for my taste, but it’s a solid spot in a great location. I felt very safe. Note there is no air conditioner, but I was there during a heatwave (temperatures in the upper 90’s Fahrenheit) and it wasn’t too unbearable. There is a nice en suite shower and a fan is provided. I would stay here again.

Helt ok hotell. Bra läge, men tråkigt rum och trist frukost. Personalen var dock bra.

Prima kamer, maar erg warm en basic. Douchen in bad zonder gordijn en geen koffie/thee op de kamer.

外出する際にフロントに鍵を預けるシステムなのだが、部屋番号を言えばチェックなしに鍵を渡されていそうなのでセキュリティはやや心配。だが、スタッフの皆さん親切に対応くださり、気持ちよく滞在できた。また機会があれば利用したいと思う。

Angenehmes Einzelzimmer mit breitem Bett, ruhig gelegen, Lage sehr gut, buche ich gerne wieder. Shampoo/Duschgelspender wäre praktisch.

Yes.However the mattress was very thin and the bathroom soaps were tiny and management is stingy. Tiny TV in the room and poor selections of movies. The staff were nice and helpful The hotel has a great breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with information. The hotel is an older building but we enjoyed the historical feel of it. A main commerce roadway is just a block away.

Ok rom, frokosten var enkel men grei. Beliggenheten var finfin for julemarked og en del forskjellige av Wien's severdigheter. Bruker gjerne dette hotellet igjen.
