Excelente localização, possibilitando acesso a pé para muito dos pontos turísticos, quarto excelente - vista incrível da cidade. Café da manhã muito bom e ótimas variedades.. Staff atencioso. Único ponto a melhorar seria a qualidade da roupa de banho.

Stunning hotel, rooms huge, modern and clean. Staff couldn’t do enough for you, 50th birthday celebration and they pulled out all stops, excellent non hotel steakhouse to rear. Breakfast at hotel a must ! Massive selection, fantastic city views. This hotel is one of best I have stayed at an I intend to go back !

Ondanks dat we veel later aankwamen dan gepland, erg goed en vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangen, en fijn dat het inchecken in no time was geregeld. Ook mijn verlate bagage was goed terecht gekomen en voor mij achtergehouden. Kamer prima schoon en lekker ruim, mooi uitzicht over de stad ondanks dat we niet eens zo heel erg hoog zaten, goed en snel werkende liften. Je bent rustig wandelend ook in ongeveer 10 minuten in het stadscentrum, en al nog eerder bij eetgelegenheden. Gelegen aan een redelijk drukke straat, maar daar merk je binnen in het hotel of in de kamer eigenlijk helemaal niks van. Er is ook een lounge of club bovenin het hotel. Maar daar merk je, buiten een rij in de lobby of buiten, eigenlijk helemaal niks van. De portier vraagt ook netjes of jij in het hotel verblijft, waarna je ook makkelijk naar binnen wordt gelaten als je in de avond arriveert. Enige wat ik een beetje miste was dat er misschien iets meer kerstversiering mocht zijn :) Maar verblijf, personeel en ligging/locatie waren top! Ik zou hier zeker wel naar terug willen keren, als ik weer naar Wenen afreis.

Smakfullt inredda rum helt i vitt. Smart design som ger flexibla ytor och en skön atmosfär. Även om hotellet är relativt nytt så märks det att det är svårt att hålla en hög nivå på inredningen med vita golv. Överlag ett mycket trevligt hotell med bra läge och en fantastisk rooftop bar/restaurang med trevligt bemötande.

A wonderful start to the year with the efficiency of the staff and check in was seamless. The room was clean spacious and had a top view of the Danube. The rooftop bar is amazing and cocktails were excellent. Great walking distance to old town Vienna and major transportation is mere steps away from the hotel lobby.

Camera, hotel, posizione e servizio impeccabile, ho trovato solo la colazione poco varia per chi ama fare colazione dolce

Tutto eccellente,dal loft bar e ristorante,sia per il pre cena, che cena e dopocena, La sauna e Jacuzzi, il buffet a colazione, La vista dal loft, l'immediata vicinanza al centro e alla fermata metro di Schwedenplatz, con due linee importanti, La U1 e la U4.

Der Service war sehr gut, dass Frühstück ist auch zu empfehlen und die Lage ist gut. Leider kann man das nicht zum Zustand der Zimmer sagen, für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse waren viele Mängel (vom Wasser aufgeplatztes Holz, riesige Flecken auf dem Boden (die man nicht mehr sauber bekommt), usw.) und in die Jahre gekommenen Möbel vorhanden. Hier muss definitiv renoviert werden.

Hotel moderno e bons quartos, so isso. Tentamos reserva no restaurante para 2 pessoas por 3 dias e não cosneguimos. Mesmo sendo hospedes não priorizam. Decepcionante. No bar a mesma coisa, lotado e sem prioridade para hospedes.

We’ve just returned from a lovely stay at So Vienna. We stayed in a So Comfy room which was a really good size. It’s a very modern hotel, which feels a little at odds with Vienna but was still really nice. Great breakfast, both buffet and cooked options with good choices and a long service time (until 11ish). Staff were really friendly, helpful and polite. They provided a pillow menu which was great. The hotel was a great location as well. Whilst over the canal it was so close to all main attractions and ideal when Vienna is such a walkable city. We would highly recommend staying here. Our only suggestion would be improved lighting in the rooms. The decor means they are naturally dark but there is no option to have a brighter light if needed, such as when applying makeup or packing your case. A minor thing overall however.

The staff at the hotel were very very cooperative. We had a few hiccups initially , but it was taken care of immediately. A quick shout out to Daniel the asst Manager who went out of his way to resolve our issues . This was beyond our expectation. Thank you Daniel. We left feeling very happy and would definitely consider this hotel , if we visit next time. The hotel maintenance personnel , too were very Accommodating. Thanks again. Nick and Wilma Piccolo
