DO NOT GO THERE! The location is awesome, just off Plaza del Sol and close to Santa Ana plaza, but this is the end of any positives. The place looked cluttered, the corridor and our room looked gloomy, my mattress had a spring poking out, the desk had no outlets anywhere near it, one cheap bottle of liquid soup in the bathroom provided for all your needs, not even glasses for toothbrushes. Out of 6 times we went in and out of our room, 5 times the corridor had used sheets strewn around. Noisy at night. Overpriced grossly.

Die Umgebung ist sehr laut, die Fenster dämmen das nicht gut. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen - noch nicht widerlich aber nicht schön. Dennoch: eine günstige Unterkunft im Zentrum, die man durchaus buchen kann.

チェックイン時間内に行ったのに、レセプションに人がいませんでした。また関係者は全員英語が喋れず、連絡先の番号にかけても会話できません。2時間ほど遅れてオーナーがやってきましたが、その間ドアの前でずっと待たないといけなかったのは最悪でした。また部屋も壁紙が剥がれていたり、ガードローブのドアノブが壊れていたり、ロビーの天井から壊れてソファに砂が落ちてきたりしていて、お世辞にも清潔でも快適でもありません。 立地はマドリードのまさしく中心部のど真ん中にあり、最高です。しかし、できれば他のホテルを選んだ方がいいと思います。おすすめはできません。

Whole building had a terrible smell. Really old, only good thing about it was the location.

God værdi for pengene, super central beliggenhed. Småt, ikke superkomfortabelt, billeder svarer ikke helt til virkeligheden. Rent og velholdt, plads nok til akkurat at indkvartere sig. Kunne godt have brugt et par ekstra håndklæder

Friendly staff

Was clean , good attention, near in the center of the city , good AC and have elevator until the second floor and them few steps. We liked .

El inodoro no estaba en buenas condiciones. La ropa de cama regular. Lo que tiene positivo es que en los alrededores consigues de todo, buen ambiente. Para un caso de emergencia ok ;s

Het personeel van de receptie heel vriendelijk. Wat ik minder vond was veel geluidsoverlast van disco bezoekers dat schuin tegen Hostal lag. Ging tot vrij laat in de ochtend door. Uit de douche kwam amper warm water en de badkuip kan best één opknap beurt gebruiken.

Well located for centre of Madrid. Friendly staff. Traditional Spanish hostal. Comfortable and clean.

El recepcionista Michael excelente, muy amable y muy dispuesto y con excelente actitud, sin embargo el hotel está muy descuidado, el tapiz en partes despegado, los muebles viejos son barnizar, hubo en error a la hora de la llegada pero en todo momento contamos contamos con el apoyo del recepcionista. Buena ubicación latina que no le den el mantenimiento debido de pintura, etc....

Llegamos a las 7 am y la recepción solo había gente a las 11 am. Previo al viaje avisamos y nunca nos respondieron el mensaje a través de la plataforma.

Buena ubicación, muchas cosas por hacer, sin embargo no vale la pena la relación precio calidad.

Sejour correct. La chambre et la sdb étaient propres. L' hotel se trouve a 5mn de la Puerta del Sol donc excellement bien situé. On a pu laisser nos bagages ( moyennant 2 euros) jusqua 18h. Tres pratique !

Pésimas instalaciones, no tenía pasador la puerta. Ni cobijas
