On arrivall was sent to a oçcupied room. Then tv not working in room.then air con leaking water on the floor as you entered the room came to fix it 3 times .had to change my card entrance twice. Only 2 on reception helpfull. Food was very good. Was very noisy staying in front room of hotel .dont think i will stay there again.the pool area was very nice.the room was clean.

Great location and plenty of happy hours and choice of food. Poolside good and poolside activities provided by Millie @ Funtastic well worth joining in. Bar staff friendly. If you've gone unique package its a nice surprise as didn't know about the upgrade, just dont forget to tell reception if you want the late check out or you'll get your knuckles rapped.

Just back from 5 nights at this hotel, rooms were cleaned and towels provided,pool area clean,food in hotel was quite poor compared to previous visits where we had the half board option, would go back but as room only in future,overall an okay stay.

Its location is good for the nightlife area

Lovely room, food varied and good quality only thing I would say is the hotel had a lot of totally entitled guests who moan about everything when it was totally unnecessary. I will definitely use the Flash again.

Gem of a hotel, ideal location, rooms are typical of all hotels - modern and clean. Staff all very friendly. Dining room/restaurant is quite small & can get very busy - but staff ensure you get a table promptly (we never had to wait, some did for 4 or more)! Food was faultless. Great choice & replenished often. Enjoyed breakfast & evening meals at the Flash. Pool area was great with some entertainment. Pool bar only allows plastic cups which they charge you 1€ extra for. **Tip** Bring cups back to room end of day to save you paying every day. Just present next day, they always give you a fresh one
