Perren is near the train station, easy walking distance. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful, not just the receptionists, but the housekeeping, maintenance, dining staff. All were helpful and always had a smile on their face. I had a small single room, but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom big enough for a tub, and I had a nice balcony overlooking the city, unfortunately not on the side where the Matterhorn was. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also exceptional. The quality, presentation, and taste of the food were so good that we went twice in our five night stay. This is Zermatt where there are many, many highly rated restaurants. I strongly recommend the rack of lamb, superb and huge portions.

The hotel has very big rooms and amazing breakfast with a lot of options. However for the expensiveness of the room you would expect at least some toiletries and a mini bar or a water kettle to heat water. Also there should be a bathtub mat for safety.Our safety box never worked, and there was a random plastic box lid lying in the room that in 3 days of stay never was picked up by the cleaning staff.

This was stop three for us and the whole point of our trip, to give the Matterhorn view to my daughter for her birthday and it definitely was THE BEST! Beautiful hotel, beautiful room and fantastic view! Restaurant beautiful, breakfast unbelievable and decor very classy! Bus stop right across the street and at night the babbling stream (with our balcony doors open) was soothing and relaxing! Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, up-to-date and tastefully decorated hotel. We had a problem with the internet in our original room, so they moved us to a different room where it was fine. The included breakfast was outstanding. All of the front desk staff we dealt with were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The staffs of Alpine Peren were so kind and they alwsys want to help me. I'm so happy with it. Also they made my journey peaceful and comfortacle.Thank you so much.

Hospitality was immaculate, location, and room views were magical.

ツェルマット駅までほぼ平坦な道で徒歩5〜6、ケーブルカー乗り場まで2〜3分とかなり便利。 フレンドリーなスタッフが、優しくチェックイン対応をはじめいたるところにホスピタリティを感じた。部屋のベランダからマッターホルンが見えていたのも感動した。朝食もパンやチーズの種類が多く大満足。

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and all spoke excellent English. The location is perfect—just a 7-minute walk from the train station and the Sunnegga funicular, with a bus stop for Matterhorn Paradise conveniently located right across the street. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the views. Breakfast was tasty, and the coffee was excellent. In the evening, the soothing sound of the nearby river added an extra touch of coziness to our stay.

マッターホルンが部屋から見えて感動でした。エレベーターが故障中だったので4階まで登るのが大変でしたがそれ以外は大満足のホテルです。またツェルマットに行く機会があれば泊まりたいです

I really loved this hotel. It was trendy, close to the train station, and had a delicious breakfast. The elevator on my side of the hotel was out when I was there, but the porter lugged my bags up for me. The room itself was small but the balcony with Mountain View and bathroom with soaker tub made up for the lack of space. My only wish was a shuttle ride to the train stop. The staff were very nice and welcoming!

It was close to the station and the breakfast was good. You can see the Matterhorn from the hotel.

朝食は清潔に保たれており、味も美味しかったです。室内はベッドもバスルームも全て清潔感があり広々としており快適に過ごせました。チェックアウト後も観光がしたかったので荷物を預けましたが、管理室できちんと保管してくれてので安心して預けることができました。

川沿いのホテルで、とても使い易い綺麗なホテルです。 泊まった部屋はマッターホルンビュールームでしたので、部屋のソファやベッドの上からもマッターホルンが良く見えてて、ベランダに座って夕焼け、朝焼けのマッターホルンホルンを堪能しました。 部屋は、広々していて、バスタブも深めで日本から持って来た入浴剤を入れて、ゆっくり出来ました。 朝食は、焼きたてパン、ドーナツ、シリアル、ハム類、チーズ、ヨーグルト、フルーツ ラタトイユ、スクランブルエッグ、茹で卵、ベーコンと種類は豊富でした。 また、夕方は、１階のレストランはハッピーアワーもやっているし、宿泊者は10%引きになります。 メインストリートには、ちょっと歩きますが、ホテルが密集していないから眺望が良いし、駅やスネガのケーブル乗り場には便利です。 スタッフも皆様親切で、フレンドリーです。 サウナもありましたが、私達は利用しませんでした。 滞在中、天気が良くマッターホルンが良く見えたお部屋で大変満足しました。 今度は、冬のツェルマットに来て、また泊まりたいです。
