My partner and I stay at this hotel once a year, and it never disappoints. Every stay has been excellent, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, the amenities are great, and the breakfast offers plenty of options. The hotel is clean, and we were happy to see that the rooms have been beautifully renovated. We always look forward to coming back and would highly recommend staying here!

Staff was very helpful. I appreciated the fact that housekeeping staff left a note on the door apologizing for not cleaning our room even though we purposely left the door sign out. For 2 nights I don't feel housekeeping needs to worry about my room. Staff allowed us to play cards in the dining room in the evening. Nice to be able to go to market early in morning then return to room to freshen up before heading home due to the noon checkout.

Breakfast was good, room was very clean so was the hotel lobby staff was very friendly and parking was free.

The room was clean and spacious, Overall the hotel was great, would give it 5 stars but the A/C unit and the fridge compressor was extremely loud at night when sleeping. Beside this had a great stay.

We went to the Holiday Inn Express in St Jacobs to stay while we attended a wedding. The room was wonderful and clean. The breakfast was also surprisingly delicious and filling. The staff was helpful and allowed us early to check in to accomodate the wedding times.

We were pleased to stay in a Holidays Inn in Waterloo, Canada. The room was bigger than we expected and the location is great.

Not very good stay; power outage in the morning had us walking down 5 flights of stairs in the dark with our luggage because we were stranded in our room; no backup power available.

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to formally report a serious cleanliness issue in Room 222 at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waterloo – St. Jacobs Area. When I checked the bed, I found that the bed sheet was extremely dirty and had multiple blood stains on it. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness standards in the room. I was informed that Kyle was responsible for cleaning the room. I kindly request that this matter be properly investigated, as this situation does not meet the expected standards of your hotel. I also request an immediate replacement of all bed linens with clean and properly sanitized ones. I would appreciate your prompt response and clarification on how this issue will be addressed.
