The staff were amazing! They were willing to help and very friendly.

The staff were amazing and helped with everything we needed. We weren't sure which places were best for currency exchange, and they gave us a list. We wanted to make ramen in our room, and they provided bowls and utensils. We asked for coffee recommendations, and they gave us a list of personal favorites. The soundproofing of the rooms is great! The location is really good. You can get food, coffee, and pastries within 5mins in all directions. Very close to metro stations. It's in a quiet area too so you don't have traffic or loud people at night. The best part was definitely the staff and the service the provided. The only downside was that the view from our specific room wasn't good. But it's not like we spent a lot of time in our room.

Cet hôtel boutique, classé 5 étoiles, offre une belle expérience dans l’ensemble, bien que quelques aspects méritent attention. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant, amical et serviable, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. La chambre était confortable, avec une literie de qualité supérieure, ce qui a grandement contribué à notre bien-être. Cependant, il est dommage de constater que l'entretien des chambres n'est pas à la hauteur des attentes. Bien que l'hôtel soit charmant, notre chambre semblait légèrement défraîchie, avec des murs abîmés, un fauteuil taché et une pomme de douche encrassée de calcaire, que j’ai dû nettoyer moi-même. Ces petits détails nuisent à l'expérience globale et sont regrettables, car sinon l'hôtel serait parfait. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal : situé dans une rue paisible, il est proche des principales attractions sans être noyé dans la foule touristique. Le petit déjeuner offre une belle variété, bien que le choix de la machine automatique pour les cafés laisse un peu à désirer. Pour un hôtel de ce standing à Paris, nous aurions préféré un café de meilleure qualité, loin de l'option standard d'une machine automatique, comme celle qu'on pourrait trouver dans des établissements moins prestigieux. Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel reste une excellente option pour un séjour à Paris, et malgré ces quelques critiques, nous envisagerions de revenir lors de notre prochain passage dans la capitale.

Excellent experience at this property, the staff clearly take pride in keeping the rooms clean for guests, the breakfast is very enjoyable with a varied selection of cakes, pastries, fruit and cheeses. The immediate area outside the hotel is not very appealing, a run down church adds some charm but this is forgivable as you are only a short 10 minute walk from some lovely restaurants. For those interested in the Louvre, expect a modest 30 minute walk which was our main reason for choosing this hotel. Staff are friendly and most speak English but not all, those that don't try hard and use translation apps to help. Overall we had no problem communicating our needs. I would highly recommend this to others as we had a pleasant two nights here without issue, with comfortable beds and nice showers too.

This was a very sweet boutique hotel and the staff were amazing.

3eme séjour dans cet hôtel et j’avoue être un peu déçue cette fois ci. Pas d’eau chaude à aucun des 2 lavabos de notre sdb. Qui d’ailleurs fuyait tous le deux à la base quand on les ouvrait. Obligé de mouiller notre gant au pommeau de douche pour avoir de l’eau chaude. Pas top pour un 5 étoiles. Et en plus il manquait le siège en bois dans la baignoire

방음이 안되서 바로 옆 성당의 종소리와 새벽 쓰레기차 지나가는 소리가 잘 들려요. 그걸 제외하고는 모두 좋았습니다. 조식이 조금 가격대비 부실해요. 한번 정도 먹어보고 나머지는 나가서 더 맛난거 드세요~

Chambre spacieuse et personnel très accueillant et agréable

Un très agréable séjour mais pour un 5 étoiles il manque un petit plus comme une piscine ou un spa , le déjeuner quoi que délicieux pourrait offrir un plus grand choix. Le secteur est bordé par des buildings en rénovation il vous fait marcher un bon 25 minutes pour atteindre la station de train opéra

The hotel was beautifully designed! The room was spacious and bright. The Japans bathtub is a life saver after walking kilometres all day around Paris. The only area of improvement would be the wash the floors more often. They laminate was quite dirty. The staff were not very friendly with the exception of Jennie, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Overall 9/10 for our 10 day stay at Hotel de Nell.
