I was very pleased with the hotel, located in the pleasant Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham. I stayed for a week. Quiet, clean, tidy, lovely hotel. 18 minutes walk to the centre but I took the tram every day. Unlimited daily passes are very cheap. But above all, Mr. Edu was the main raison that made the whole experience beautiful. He tried to find a solution to every whim of mine in a professional manner. A true gentleman… I send him all my best wishes and I highly recommend the hotel.

I was rather surprised when I entered the room. The hotel/room was one of the cheapest options however by far better than others I had seen. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was clean and shower was good with good temperature water! Air con was good in the room, it would have been nice to have been able to open a window for fresh air but that’s just my preference, it doesn’t reflect in the score. The staff were extremely nice and friendly! The breakfast included in the price was a brilliant bonus. Good selection of food and drinks, nice atmosphere, clean. Very impressed, have already recommended it to family and would stay again!

The receptionist was pleasant and professional. She asked if i wanted to join the club thing they have there and i did (although i have not had a confirmation email). Not my first time there. Large bed, large television, tea and coffe as expected. Room and bathroom was clean. I haven't yet tried their breakfast which is included, even though this was my third visit. I will try it next time so that i can review it.....see what they have on offer for vegetarian option

Check in was delayed for my booking by approx half an hour which meant we had to rush to make a reservation- rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very crowded and lots of items kept running out, overall was an okay experience

Habitación exactamente lo que Hampton ofrece, pero es uno de los desayunos más asquerosos que he visto en mi vida, nadie recogía los platos sucios y el buffet escaso con productos de tercera categoría.

My family spent 5 nights in the hotel and it wasn’t a good experience for us. The room was so hot, we had 2 days without our bins emptied despite calling the reception and showing the staff the picture of the bins they asked us to leave outside our door. We forgot a wallet and a parcel, but the hotel staff were not helpful at all when we called them. They said the stuff we forgot couldn’t be located because staff are unable to enter rooms, and house keeping staff couldn’t locate it despite describing where the items were left. Some of the receptionists even hand up on you while on the phone. Just a waste of money, we spent nights sweating because of heat and nothing was done about it.

Kulahtanut ja hieman ankea hotelli. Huoneessa oli todella tunkkainen ja epämiellyttävän hajuinen ilma, eikä minkäänlaista ilmanvaihtoa. Ilmanvaihtokone oli täysin tukossa liasta, eikä todennäköisesti huollettu koskaan. Huoneessa myös lenteli jonkinlaisia hyönteisiä. Pinttynyt lika näkyi kaikkialla. Aamiainen oli ok, mutta esim. juusto puuttui kokonaan, vaikka paikalla oli kyltti. Mitään tuoreita vihanneksia ei ollut saatavilla. En ymmärrä miten tämä voi olla Hilton brändin alla? Ainoa hyvä asia oli aivan vieressä oleva junapysäkki, josta pääsi muutamassa minuutissa keskustaan. Huone oli myös hiljainen (huolimatta ikkunan takana olevasta junaraiteesta).

Good staff and breakfast. Area poor.and out of town.

Lovely light and airy hotel. Very clean. Staff super polite and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty and will probably always use the hotel moving forward whenever I have a night out in Birmingham. Thank you to all the team for our stay so pleasant.

Rooms were ok, sofa bed was not that good Aanu was great, very helpful and happy to assist

Ideal for requirements, clean, good value, decent breakfast

This property is relatively close to the Bull Ring. It is getting dated and is in need of a renovation.

Hotel clean & tidy & friendly staff, however we did not sleep properly all night as the aircon was not working & the room was so hot, we could hear a few other customers complain of the same upon checkout so it was obviously a problem

グランドセントラル、大聖堂、美術館など徒歩で行き帰りできる距離。坂だらけなので荷物や天候、体力が気になるときはトラムがすぐ横で便利。 たっぷりな朝食が素晴らしい。
