Personal echt nett, chef vom Hotel ist sehr nett

Super nettes Personal( an der Rezeption, im Restaurant und in der vorzüglichen Küche).

La collocazione centrale dell'hotel è un gran punto di forza. La colazione è varia ma non è a buffet, quindi occorre chiedere, la stanza è ben climatizzata e pulita. Il soggiorno è stato gradito dalla famiglia.

Posizione molto buona ma, per il resto, ci sarebbe molto da fare. Camera deluxe molto spaziosa ma arredamento da rivedere, bagno in condizioni scadenti. Niente hall e niente ascensore. Rispetto a quanto prenotato la colazione non era a buffet e il parcheggio non era gratuito.

Hotel é ok, um problema é que o estacionamento era bem longe. O outro é que a pia do banheiro era entupida, não descia a água.

Sporcizia all' arrivo (sanitari con macchie e peli, piumone con macchia giallo scuro), colazione scarsa e "difficoltosa" perché non si trovava il personale, mancano appendiabiti. Trascuratezza. Peccato perché la posizione è ottima.

È situato in una posizione splendida, sul lungomare. Le camere sono semplici e confortevoli. Il personale è estremamente gentile e ospitale. Buona la cucina dell'annesso ristorante.

Es gab zum Frühstück nicht nur ein Croissant und einen Kaffee sondern Brot, Marmelade und .neben einem Fruchtsaft nach Wahl auch noch Joghourt. So gestärkt konnte der Tag gut beginnen. Ursula R.

Very helpful staff. Location excellent for town and beach

Het hotel ligt aan de autovrije boulevard bij het strand, parkeren is op 700 meter lopen. De oude stad met veel restaurants is 5 minuten lopen. De inrichting is wat eenvoudig en kan wat onderhoud gebruiken. Maar de prijs/kwaliteit is goed te noemen.

We hebben genoten van het bijzondere stadje Otranto. De mensen in het hotel waren zonder itzondering heel vriendelijk.

Enkelt hotel utan charm

Nous étions dans une des chambres situées au-dessus du bar de l'établissement : à déconseiller un samedi soir. Insonorisation moyenne.

Benissimo

The hotel location is excellent. We had a balcony overlooking the Adriatic Sea and the old town and fortress. Although it wasn't beach weather, it was very enjoyable. The staff at the hotel was extremely welcoming, helpful with information and pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant twice and everything was delicious. They extended a 10% discount on the bill for hotel guests. Should we visit Otranto again in the future we certainly will stay at Profumo di Mare again.
