Comfortable and excellent location

Excelente ubicación y relación costo - calidad

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Only complaints, the pillows were too firm. It was nice to have Starbucks downstairs as well as a couple of good patio and indoor options to sit and relax over coffee.

Muy bien ubicado pero en la noche si no es una zona muy segura para salir solas , sin embargo tiene enfrente un extraordinario restaurante Botánico que cuenta con estrella michellin . Cercano al aeropuerto y no tan lejos del destino que era asistir a un concierto de Kendrick Lamar en el GNP

Well located, friendly staff- location is locked with a security guard after hours, spacious room, nice rooftop and gym facilities. Cleaning staff is consistent and does a nice job. Highly recommend.

En general es bueno y limpio, aunque definitivamente la limpieza podría ser mejor. La ubicación es exageradamente buena y tiene todo y para todos. Las habitaciones son amplias, equipadas y cómodas.

Lo único que olvidaron fue la botella de vino por estancia, pero como llegamos ya tarde y salimos muy temprano, no tuvimos oportunidad de pedirla

Other than location, no other advantages. Amendities are poor relatively. No phone inside the room. To get any house keeping service, one has to get to the front desk to ask. The night we arrived, it was raining and the semi-exposed corridor to the room was wet and was very dark. Eventhough the staff member was taking us to the room, he did not bother to turn on the lights. Finally the cover tile over drain hole in the shower was broken, creating a hole big enough to trap the big toe and potential injury as a result. Entire room has one trash bin and created inconvence. Bath towels in the bathroom were still slight damp. Lighting in the room and public area is insuffient for safety.
