Walked in and the landlady was asleep in front of the telly. No amount of coughing or reception bell ringing would wake her. When she finally awoke and her husband had taken our details for the booking, she insisted on a guided tour of the ski room and room, despite not speaking a word of English, and us not speaking a word of Italian. The room itself was very basic - two hard single beds, a desk and a wardrobe with a shower and toilet. Hotel is 200m up a steep hill to the slopes and ticket office. Definitely a hotel for weekenders looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful near the slopes.

Overall - EXCELLENT! The credit card machine did not work when we checked out and this caused almost a one hour delay for us. Wi-Fi in the room would have made it perfect, but this was a minor issue for us.
