Highly recommend the hotel apartment to anyone who visit the city. A good base to explore city, near metro and near shopping area. Aprtment is clean and relativrly spacious. Comfortable for family. Only minor inconvenient is street parking which can be found with a bit of luck and effort :-)

We have stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Very spacious room, very nice breakfast and very quite and silent hotel. Also quite convenient to reach both metro and walk to the centerç

Spiess and Spiess is an excellent hotel with a great staff and great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful when one of my daughters got sick. They called a doctor who came within an hour and we were able to move on with the day. The breakfast is excellent and it is two minutes from the underground. The room was a suite with two actual bedrooms and very comfortable.

It was ok. Buffet breakfast was very limited and expensive for what you pay for Expected more for a four stay hotel

Our room was spaceous, clean and cozy. Staff was very welcoming and kind. We had a pleasant stay, thank you.

The hotel was a good place to stay. Just outside of city center, but quite walkable and the metro stop was a short 1 min walk. The staff was very friendly, the room spacious and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants within walking distance for those too tired to go anywhere kind of nights!!

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Only a few metres from the ubahn station. Very comfortable rooms and a great adults only sauna. We’ll be back

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay here on our visit to Vienna. We reserved a junior suite on the garden side and it was very much like an apartment. The kids had a nice room with bunk beds and the wife and I had a room to ourselves, across a short hallway from the kids. The bathrooms were nice and the beds were exceptionally soft. The location of the property couldn't be beat, as it's a very short walk to the metro and only 2-3 stops from the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly, the the organic breakfast was high quality and 24 hour pour over coffee and tea station was used frequently. It was a top notch hotel experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Très belle chambre, lits confortables, beaucoup d’espace, air climatisé très performante, personnel à l’écoute et courtois en général . Par contre j’ai moins aimé le fait que j’ai obtenu la chambre avec patio. J’aurais aimé avoir un balcon . Les balcons donnent une meilleure vue et sont beaucoup plus grands que les patios . Puisque j’ai réservé longtemps à l’avance , j’aurais pas pensé qu’on m’aurait donné la pire chambre de la catégorie « chambre supérieure avec balcon ou patio ». Également le déjeuner était vraiment très limité dans le choix, notamment dans les options chaudes et les fruits . Ce fut le pire déjeuner que l’on a eu dans ce voyage parmi 5 hôtels .

We stayed in a beautiful room with a balcony and lovely bathroom. This hotel has wonderful, friendly staff. Great location near the metro station. Lots of shops and dining in the area.

This was our favorite hotel stay in Europe. It was comfortable, AC worked amazing, quiet, and serene. We will definitely be back and recommend it to others.
