The hotel is great, clean, nice staff, nice beach but the surrounding area has a lot of traffic, so it takes a lot of time to arrive at and to leave the hotel throughout the day.

We had a wonderful stay, easy check in and check out. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was very clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Nice wee bar /restaurant at beach level that did lovely pizza

Jeg er meget skuffet over der står at der er en pool bar, men den er ikke åben det vil sige du faktisk skal seks etager ned, for at få en sodavand, når du ligger og soler ved poolen. Det er meget dyrt at spise og drikke der, priser er som i Danmark og servicen i deres restaurant/ bar var ikke specielt venlig.. Når vi er en familie på tre, og betaler for et familie værelse til 4 ( 18 tusinde for en uge) så synes jeg det er skuffende at opredningen er en madras på gulvet, som er stenhård vitterlig elendig at sove i. Rengøring var ikke ude på terrassen en eneste gang hele ugen, det er heller ikke okay når man betaler for rengøring hver dag. Og der bliver spist på terrassen.

Fint hotell nære stranden. 15 min taxi inn til Split sentrum.

Bra läge på en fantastisk stenstrand. AC:n i vårt rum fungerade inte som den skulle.Två nätter utan AC (ca 30 grader) sedan fick vi byta rum. Vi fick lite kompensation för det. Frukosten var fantastisk!

We had a very relaxing stay. Overall the service was good. The TV in our room didnt work and the reception manager came to assist, was very thorough and offered us the room next door when the issue couldn't be resolved. Great views, super clean, good breakfast.

Vi bokade först bara en natt men har stannat kvar i en vecka. Hotellet är verkligen fint och ligger direkt vid havet med härlig havsutsikt från balkongen. Lugnt område med ganska lång strandpromenad och flera bra restauranger.

Good overall Friendly staff Small hotel. Great views on the beach 1. AC did not work . I found out that I have to tell front counter to turn it in?! 2. No soap or shampoo in bathroom 3. People partying at 2am in the morning on breach - adjacent property - could not sleep. Overall. I think if the above is addressed. Good hotel for the money.

Wir waren für 5 Nächte hier. Super Lage mit Strand und jedes Zimmer hat Blick auf das Meer. Wir waren im Zimmer mit grosser Terrasse - das war eine Gemeischaftsterasse für alle Zimmer im untersten Stock. Das Hotel ist gut, essen lecker. Schade dass man an einigen Stellen sieht, dass das Hotel eine Auffrischung (Teppich, Kanten, Abnutzung) notwendig hätte. Wir waren in unseren Kroatienferien in besseren Hotels - habe aber auch deutlich mehr bezahlt. Fazit - für diesen Preis ein Hotel am Strand neben Splitt ist gut.

The hotel was lovely. I chose it for the seafront location and I was not disappointed! The sunsets from the hotel are absolutely stunning. The best thing about it, in my opinion!!! My terrace was right by the sea and the room was huge! The sea is crystal clear here but the beach is all pebbles. The hotel's rooftop restaurant serves delicious food with the most beautiful views and I also had a nice massage in the spa. The bed was comfortable and the mini bar/fridge is a nice touch in the room. Most of the staff at the hotel were friendly too. Breakfast offered a nice variety (loved the mini muffins!) and there were some seats outside too. Podstrana itself seemed quite small (there was a convenience store or two and a couple of fast food stands and one tiny souvenir shop on the harbour but not much else nearby), but it was lovely and peaceful for just a couple of nights peace-and-quiet stay, before I headed off to Split centre for the rest of my week to explore more and attend a hen do.

Hotel pequeno, moderno, agradável, vista sobre a praia, que não é particular, podendo alugar espreguiçadeiras e guarda sol. Quarto confortável, o nosso com varanda, Linda vista; bom banheiro,chuveiro e banheira. Que pena chuveiro quase frio. Bom café da manhã. Área social agradável, pena que não se coloca na conta do hotel. Tanto o bar da praia quanto o do hotel, paga-se de forma separada. Estacionamento incluído. Fica a meia-hora de Split.

Far from old town but nice beach right outside the back
