Hotel Grand Marlon is a very nice hotel for a good price. We always stay there! And will continue!

The mattresses are very hard and need change urgently. My wife and I did not sleep well. Not recommended.

Excelente hotel y habitaciones, excelente servicio pero el Wifi, es terrible, y las pantallas de las habitaciones son básicas, no son smarts.

En la habitación que me toco los muebles de baño están oxidados y tupidas, en el baño habia mechón de cabello de mujer en la habitación que acababa de entrar, y la tina la reparación que tiene donde le pusieron fibra de vidrio raspa al sentarse , en ambos internet no funcionaba correctamente, se iba la señal tanto en celular como en computadora, si dio trabajo poder trabajar en la habitación, fuera de eso todo bien incluso la comida fue muy buena!

Staff and manager are not helpful. Twice arrived with confirmed reservation to discover they had sold our room. I done with them!

ARRIVED with a confirmed reservation but they told us they already gave our room to someone else. No comparable room available. Staff and manager were unhelpful. Place needs renovation and a new manager. Suggest you stay somewhere else!

Llegué al hotel a las 10 de la noche después de viajar todo el día y la recepcionista me dice que no tiene habitaciones recebe dos habitaciones le enseñé mi confirmación de reserva de las dos habitaciones y dijo que no solo tenía una habitación aunque antes me cobraron pagué en efectivo y después de decirme que no tenían habitaciones me dicen que no hay devolución en verdad una pésima experiencia en este hotel
