Lugar cómodo y seguro. Lo único que pudiera recomendar es que las opciones ligeras del restaurante realmente lo sean ya actualmente son muy grasosas.

I always stay at this property when I visit Chetumal. Parking is good. The rooms are good. Location is easily findable. Restaurant is good. Has a nice small pool.

Everything was good as expected

Arrived early (45 minutes) and understandably our rooms were not ready so we sat and relaxed in the hotel bar/restaurant and waited until our scheduled check in time and were told our rooms were now ready. We received our keys and remotes and went to our room. We walked into a room that hadn’t even been touched by anyone except the last guests! We informed front desk staff and were told they would get the room ready for us. Luckily we were able to leave our baggage in another room we had reserved that actually was ready and we came back a few hours later and the room was ready. The website states there is a hot tub which is not true! This was one of the main reasons why we chose to stay there instead of other much nicer hotels in the area that we have previously stayed at. It’s simply a small portion of the pool that resembles a hot tub. The restaurant/bar was nice and the food and selections were reasonably priced and the meals we had were good. Waiters and bartenders were very friendly and efficient with exception of the person who ran the register and she was terrible! I had to insist on running my payment repeatedly and once I showed her how to use their own credit card machine it cleared perfectly. When we returned later that evening for dinner and drinks once again she was unable to process the payment and was very abrupt and argumentative and they had to transfer our bill to the front desk and yes the payment was processed flawlessly on their first attempt.

Parking options limited. Paid parking but no reservations

Las habitaciones son cómodas, pero algunos tenemos de mantenimiento que hacen falta. La instalación del AA, con algo de humedad. La plancha y la base para planchar estaban en pésimas condiciones. La cortina de baño, algo sucia y vieja, y el espejo bastante deteriorado.

Me gusto su espacio, muy tranquilo para dormir

Other guests can be noisy and we would hear in our rooms but was not hotel fault. Would come back again.

Las instalaciones no están como las fotos, está sucio y viejo, el agua huele muy mal, ni como sentarse en los sillones

Loved our suite

Las fotos del hotel son muy buenas pero el hotel en si no es como en las imagenes, llegando al hotel en recepción vi una cucaracha y me dijeron que habian fumigado y por eso estaban saliendo lo entiendo, pero aun asi fue un poco desagradable. La habitación que nos toco tenia el colchon viejo y muy sucio levantamos las sabanas sin querer y fue como nos dimos cuenta, el aire en si de la misma habitación se sentia sucio, solo dormimos en el hotel pero no nos parecio nada confortable y salimos muy temprano pues no apetecia permanecer mas tiempo en el.
