This gem of a spot is perfectly situated in Piazza di Spagna, decorated with a fascinating rotational array of modern art, and staffed with an attentive and helpful team of women, committed to making your stay in Rome a memorable one.

The best location and service. This boutique hotel is literally at the Spanish steps. The service is first rate. The location cannot he beat. And the place feels like living in a stylish art museum. Lovely stay!

We only stayed here for one night and it was nice. The location was excellent just a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. The staff was very friendly. I believe the website mentioned breakfast was included or offered - we may have missed it, but we did not find this to be the case. If you are coming for late check-in car service is required for an additional 65 euro. This was nice given the hour of our arrival and make check-in a breeze. It is just of note as it would be beneficial to factor into the cost prior to booking. Overall very nice.

A small boutique art hotel with only 6 rooms. Super friendly staff in perfect location! You can see Spanish steps and branded shops from the window. The hotel itself if not easy to find as it’s on the 3rd floor of a seemingly residential building. No receptionist after 9pm so be sure you call the hotel if you need to arrange late check in.

What a beautiful place. Genuinely lovely setting with a fantastic view of Piazza di Spagna. A tranquil and peaceful hotel combined with the unusual feature of also being an art gallery (for guests only I think) and with beautiful pieces on display. Literally a few seconds away from all the action but still a relaxing haven. We had a superb junior suite with lovely furnishings and art on the walls. The walk-in shower was lovely too. The friendly and welcoming staff gave the impression that they were genuinely pleased to see us and could not have been more helpful. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer.

A really great location at Piazza Spagna and a wonderful artsy boutique hotel. Great service from the hotel stafff. Also very quiet, considering the central location. My wife and I went there for a weekend in Rome, and its very central to shopping and located in the historic center with many restaurants. Love to stay there again.

The staff and accommodations were amazing. Every request we made of the staff was quickly fulfilled. The room was gorgeous with an amazing balcony. They provided L'Octaine toiletries.

A unique hotel with art on every wall makes you appreciate Rome even more. The location is on the piazza di Spagna, which you can enjoy while having your breakfast. Designer shppoing is miutes away. Rome piazzas and attractions are all within walking distance. The only inconvenience relates to breakfast which on occasions we had to leave the hotel to enjoy in a nearby cafe. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a perfectly located hotel in a gorgeous tranquil setting. The staff were warm & very helpful and the room was clean and very nice. We were very happy to come back after a long day of walking.

It is more a guesthouse than a hotel. It is located on the third floor of a building The rooms are small and there is nobody after 8:45 pm, so they give you keys to enter the building....

So happy we stayed here for 3 nights in Rome. Best location. Wonderful people. Gorgeous room and common areas. Could not be happier and will be back if we get to Rome again.

Imagine staying with a good friend who has impeccable taste in art... the space (a 16th century palazzo) was elegant and chic, service was professional and personal, the location... right on Piazza di Spagna - convenient to everything one needs to explore this amazing city. We cannot wait to go back and stay here again!!
