The hotel is housed in a restored tenement building, with former residential apartments converted into hotel rooms. Unfortunately, the building has no ventilation system, which resulted in significant heat and stuffiness in the common areas — corridors, the lift, and the staircase. We booked a Deluxe apartment, which is clearly well past its prime. Worn furniture, scratched and stained walls, and cupboards that do not close properly bear no resemblance to the photos displayed on the hotel’s website and booking platforms. Upon entering the apartment, we were met with the smell of a stale, unventilated room. I attempted to turn on the air conditioning in the living room, but the remote control was not working. After reporting this to reception, the batteries were replaced — only to run out again within minutes. The remote eventually started working on a subsequent attempt. The apartment’s windows face directly onto a busy, two-lane road, meaning that opening a window immediately brought in considerable noise from the street. Both bedrooms are located in the attic. During our stay in June, the temperature up there was extremely high and the air was stifling. Opening the window meant street noise; turning on the air conditioning meant noise from the unit itself. Even at the lowest fan setting, the sound was clearly audible and made it difficult to sleep. On arrival, we were informed that breakfast was served until 11:00 AM. Nettes Personal & hervorragendes Frühstück (auch vegane Optionen). Hatten ein schönes Zimmer (blaue Suite), perfekt für 2, nur das Bett war etwas zu weich. Lage top, nur ca 7min zum Marktplatz. Allerdings sind die Trams recht laut u man spürt die Vibration der Tram im Zimmer, auch auf der Hofseite. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

None of the cold breakfast items were refrigerated. Hot breakfast was freshly cooked to order and good. Reception is not manned after10 pm. If you need anything after that you have to ring the given telephone number which for some reason would not accept an incoming call from either of our English mobiles, despite contacting our network provider in the uk who assured us there was no issue with our phones

Här fanns allt vi behövde. Parkering, mitt i city, nära till mat och dryck. Pittoresk gullig stad. Otroligt stor lägenhet med sköna sägner, två badrum och två sovrum, stort kök och vardagsrum. Vi var otroligt nöjda med läget, personalen och allt som hade med detta att göra.

The room was clean the staff was amazing breakfast was very tasty. Very good location 15 minute walk to pretty much everything. They have on-site parking but it's a little tight. It's about 20 minutes from the airport. I know I will definitely be staying again.

Bon accueil. J’avais demandé une chambre sans moquette ceci a été respecté. Nous avons pu avoir la chambre à notre arrivée sans attendre 15h. Hôtel très bien situé proche de la vieille ville et des transports. Les moins: les serviettes ne sont pas changées pendant le séjour et les lits sont faits à la va vite. Ce n’est pas un vrai 4 étoiles. Rapport qualité prix cher pour le service et les prestations.

Das Appartement war schön und sauber. In der Küchenzeile sind Teller, Besteck und Kochutensilien vorhanden. Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt ist sehr gut um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch, aber schwer zu finden. Wir sind zuerst im kostenpflichtigen Parkhaus gelandet und haben dann umgeparkt. Das Appartement auf die Straße ist wie schon häufiger beschrieben laut, da helfen Ohrenstöpsel aber gut. Das Zimmer wurde gut gereinigt, leider hat es im Bad ziemlich gemüffelt, wir mussten den Abfluss des Waschbeckens immer geschlossen halten, dann ging es. Die Eingangstür des Hotels ist sehr unscheinbar, wir wären fast vorbeigegangen. Wir haben das Schlafsofa genutzt, da wir 2 Betten gebraucht haben. Man kann dort gut schlafen, die Matratze ist aber sehr dünn. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt.
