Love this place. It’s kind of in a strip mall, but it feels like you’re far far away from everything. Dreamy, comfortable, perfect.

Fantastic Hotel, very reasonable for the Experience !

Pleasantly surprised with how nice our room was. We also enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel.

Property had old charm - very beautiful if you like history and historic buildings. Rooms were charming, and clean. No problems, it was a great Stay. Would recommend 10/10.

From the moment you walk in you can tell that the hotel and all of its rooms are well maintained. Very friendly staff that are extremely accommodating. Over that past few years this is the BEST place I've stayed in.

Highly recommend this hotel

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. I love the vibe of this boutique hotel. Rooms are beautiful and feels like being in a higher end hotel.

The hotel itself is nice. The room was very nice but the coffee maker didn’t work which was frustrating for my husband who needs his morning coffee. The worst part though was the constant noise level throughout the property and in our room. There’s too much going on in the lobby/restaurant area at all times and we could hear every footstep and chatter in the hallways and coming from outside. We won’t stay here again.

I had to stay in St. Catharines for a night and was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It has a lot of character, feels luxurious and classy and with reasonable rates. My room was large, comfortable and everything was very clean. I wish I had more time to visit the on-site restaurant and spa. Staff was friendly and helpful and parking was a breeze. It's close to the Outlet Mall, Brock University and all the amenities you'd need. I will definitely return and recommend. Note: there are railway tracks close by and the train did blow its horn at 7:30 am on Sunday morning so bring earplugs if this might bother you.

Thin walls

I thought the property had an understated elegance and was current with the amenities...it would be nice if they removed the bath tubs and installed stand up showers, Other than that an excellent place to stay, and I will stay there again if I'm in the area.

Very convenient location and the food at Johnny Rocco’s very very good. Highly recommend this location. No pool for children though.

The HVAC system was locked, including the fan. The room was very hot and was couldn’t even circulate the air. We had to go out and purchase a small fan. At the same time air conditioning was operating in the corridor and that was extremely cool. The maintenance staff wasn’t available to check into it on the evening that we checked in and, as far as we know, did nothing during the course of our stay. The mattress was uncomfortable as well.

Usually a good stable accomodation. Had all the fixings to make coffee except the coffee maker itself. Unusual.

Close to everything

The hotel itself is beautiful. It's not your cookie cutter holiday inn express, and for what it costs it's excellent value.
