Good value. External stairs to our room. Would like to know when booking.

The building is old and not well maintained. It was very noisy listening to water running, people talking, alarms going off at all hours. The A/C did not work either so very hot at night.

Not a bad place, if you MUST stay in Liverpool. But I would recommend not staying here. Drunks in the parking lot, one towel in the room. A/C and heat did not work.

Staff were excellent. Helpfull and polite. The restaurant menu was great as well as our dinner. If you like local beer Dirty Blonde beer was terrific. Although the weather was very cold and wet Inn was comfortable and friendly. It is also a short walk to grocery, drug stores and for a great cappaccino try Main & Mercy downtown

Historical old hotel Built in 1700s.We like it because previous family generations have always visited and socialized here. New osners are workong hafd to run this property. Local people including our famiy love their food and and coffee is excellent. Locals are incrrasing eaging here.

Mold on bathtub non-slip mat and shower curtain. Exposed plumbing is very noisy. Location is great. There are lots of chairs to sit at the river.

Inn is old and tired looking.

This grand old property needs a refresh. Outside is badly in need of a complete paint job. Room was clean but furniture is very worn in places. Staff were very helpful to me with my mobility issues as there is no elevator. Very steep stairs. Restaurant was very good.

Parking was available, staff in the restaurant were very friendly. Did not eat there but heard it’s good. The staff at the front desk were not overly friendly or informative if they were even there. And the place itself and our room were gross. Carpets dirty, on the bed a sheet and a thin yucky bedspread. Dirty bathroom. Could hardly sit on the toilet because the bathtub was in the way. Wallpaper hanging of the wall, bedside table paint coming off. Anyway, never staying there again. The locals seemed to all know about the bad state it was in and how it used to be nice. The pics on their website are surely from that time when it was under different management (so I was told). We actually left at 4 am the last day because we couldn’t take it anymore. Should have walked out the moment we got there.

It was very peaceful area to stay. The beds were very comfortable and very quiet for sleeping. Close to restaurants and we ate at the hotel restaurant it was really good

The pictures they provide on their website certainly arent the same as the room we stayed in...no shade on lamp, tv wouldnt work...not a place id stay again. I should have taken pictures.

It was fine, property is dated, but it suited the price range.

When checking in, had to wait for someone to come to front desk. After getting into room, did bed sheet and pillow check. Way too many hairs to count. Asked to get sheets changed. After being changed, rechecked. I stopped counting long hairs after 4 just on the first pillow cover. I left. Unacceptable.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to checkin very late in the evening and they were ok with this. They even allowed us to check out a little late which was extremely helpful. The restaurant attached is lovely and the food is delicious and the staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. Highly recommend!

Room was downright dirty.. not sure where to start… front desk had no personality, bathroom was old and every crevice was not cleaned. Really need a consultant to go through property and list changes needed…
