We left this hotel at 5:30am because we could not sleep due to the noise outside of the hotel. This was due to poor window seals that let all of the street noise in and the fact that a group of people stood outside of the hotel for literally the entire night, drinking and yelling. They were still there when we left at 5:30 in the morning. Knobs on the cabinets came off and the toilet was unstable. This was by far the most expensive of the five hotels we stayed in during our two week visit to the country and it was the one in the poorest condition with the loudest street traffic making it through the windows. We couldn’t sleep at all. In Madrid, we stayed in the city center and had a terrace that had less noise and in the Gothic Quarter, we were half a block away from the metro, again, with a terrace and that also had less noise. The only perk for this place was that it was within walking distance to the bus to the airport. This hotel obviously caters to American tourists, which is probably why it was more expensive while being the worst experience.

Very centrally located with great restaurants nearby and fantastic transportation

We had a great time at our stay in the hotel. Anna was so helpful at check-in and the rest of the staff was always helpful and friendly. We travelled with our kids (6 and 8) and they enjoyed the options of both pools. We will stay here again on our next visit!

The hotel is in a great location—easy walking distance to lots of tourist spots. While the hotel itself is nice, we had the most basic room, which faced directly into the elevator. We could see people going up and down all day, and weren’t sure if they could see us too, so we had to keep the blinds closed the whole time, which felt quite strange. Also, breakfast wasn’t included in our package, which was surprising given the price for such a basic room.

Vi firade vår tioåriga bröllopsdag på Hotel H10 Metropolitan och kunde inte vara mer nöjda! Personalen var välkomnande och behjälpliga. Vi överraskades med mumsiga gåvor på rummet, både i bröllopsdagspresent och i avskedspresent. Så gulligt och uppskattat! Frukosten var fenomenal! Rummet var trevligt och städades fint. De båda poolområdena var lugna och trivsamma. Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse och kan absolut tänka oss att återvända!

Enjoyed our stay but was surprised that only one person was working the front desk on the Friday morning we left. New people were checking in and two parties were checking out and needed taxis to get to the airport. We were told we didn’t need to make plans for a taxi the day before but it probably would have been a good.

We appreciated the friendly staff and attention to details in this nicely appointed boutique hotel. This location on the north end of La Rambla is within walking distance of many major attractions and is ideal for tourists.

Excellent hotel! Service was amazing, location is perfect! Definitely can recommend to stay there. It has 2 pools as well! And we had a room with jacuzzi on the private terrace 😉

Very good location, with restaurants onsite and right outside the door

The hotel is at a very convenient location with access to transportation. The rooms have everything needed. The staff is very helpful, Silvia gave us great restaurants recommendations.

This hotel is in a good location access to a lot of things to see. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cava and candies in the lobby were a big hit with us! The roof top pool/bar was nice, not too crowded. Close to hop on hop off buses, shopping and a lot of food options.

Great location on/near La Rambla and subway hub. Close to Gothic Quarter, high end shops and souvenir shops as well.

We had a fantastic stay at H10 Metropolitan! The lobby is super welcoming with lots of seating and even a staff member offering drinks—nice touch. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but they gave us complimentary drink tickets for the bar, and within 2 minutes the room was ready! The room itself was one of the most stylish and professionally designed we’ve ever stayed in—high ceilings, a balcony overlooking the street, double sinks, and complimentary coffee, tea, and water refreshed daily. Very comfortable and chic. The only downside is there’s no gym, which I typically use when traveling. But everything else made up for it. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Barcelona, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and even a convenience store for essentials. They also called a taxi for us at checkout, which was a helpful final touch. Overall, a really pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily return!

This property is so convenient. Central to all the shops and restaurants. Hotel itself is clean and well equipped with essentials ie water and snacks.

H10 Metropolitan was a great hotel. We would stay there again.
