今回初めての滞在だか先ずロケーションが良く全て行き届いたホテルです。周りが静かで治安も良い。朝食のグレード、サービスも最高で又次回もこのホテルで決まりです。

We have stayed in a number of different hotels across London over the last 15 years, whether for work, a weekend away as a couple or a full family trip. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at for what we need. The location is perfect for getting to pretty much every major sight, being so close to Blackfriars and Southwark makes it incredibly easy to get about, but we were actually able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Rooms were amazing quality and size - as a family of 6 we booked a double double (an interconnecting set of rooms, one with two double beds and one with a king bed). We had ample space, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was great and the staff were incredibly helpful. The only negative was that we waited 25mins on our first evening to get a drink, but the bar staff were busy catering for a wedding so we’ll give them the benefit of doubt. Overall a great stay and we will be returning.

Hotel was fantastic! My only negative is the vegetarian options for the cooked breakfast were poor- the vegetarian sausages tasted awful and no veggie bacon option.

Good hotel right on the water front. The city view rooms should be taken with a pinch of salt as you don’t see much really. Great cocktail bar in floor 12 with prices that are not that bad, just a bit bad. Room rates seem on the high side but I guess you’re paying extra for the location.

Great location. Super comfy bed, best shower! We had an incredible view of the river. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing they could improve is to increase menu options in all of their restaurants. Recommend and would return.

We had to wait for our room to be ready, & the bathroom floor had NOT been mopped plus the booking was not the room I had paid for in ADVANCE.

Hotel is great but starting to age a bit. Not a very convenient location for transportation in and around London.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. We arrived and our room was not quite ready. The check in staff offered us a voucher for two glasses of champagne while we waited; they then come to find us to tell us the room was ready and they had upgraded us. We had a lovely room with a nice view. On the way back after dinner we stopped at 12th knot for a couple of cocktails and enjoyed the atmosphere and great view over St Paul’s. Our room was on the 9th floor, not the biggest room we have ever stayed at, but a good size, with a nice bathroom and decent amenities. My only comment is that it would be nice if there was a mirror by the desk so that it can be used as a dresser. The bed was comfortable and the hotel quiet, no slamming doors through the night like in other hotels. A very enjoyable stay.
