Overall a good place to say with good dining options. Staff is excellent even though they seem to be a bit over worked

The hotel was excellent in every way — beautiful property, great service, and wonderful rooms. However, I had an unpleasant experience at the multi-cuisine restaurant. I saw a guest pick up a lime from the buffet, squeeze it into his mouth several times, and put it back. Staff saw this too, but despite confronting him, they still allowed him to remain and continue dining. This was very disappointing and makes me question the hotel’s commitment to hygiene. Otherwise, a great stay, but I’ll think twice before returning.

The best option in Guwahati. Near to Airport and the Kamakhya Temple. Excellent staff, great food spread and amazing taste. I will visit again.

Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff The hotel is absolutely beautiful! I was upgraded to a business class room and it was modern clean and delightful! The spa services were upscale and very relaxing! The buffet was enormous and delicious The restaurant staff were all accommodating and friendly the chefs greeted you personally and made delicious food suggestions Overall this is one of the best hotels I’ve had a pleasure of staying I would highly recommend this GEM

Very nice!

The property is being maintained very poorly - bathrooms are unclean and mouldy, carpets are musty, rooms and corridor have some damp odour, bed linen is old and discoloured. Not expected from a 5 star. On a positive note - The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

Amazing property and a beautiful hotel. Property is on main road so easily accessible by cabs.. Parks, shopping locations and temple within 30-40 mins reach so property is at a prime location. I would definitely recommend it.

The Guy at the Check in counter was rude, i was eligible for a free room upgrade but he denied me ..

The property is easy to get to and from the airport. The customer service related to problem solving or flexibility with a concern, the availability of the accommodations requested, communication between staff and teams, the HVAC of the room, the cleanliness of public toilets on the ground floor were all unacceptable.
