This was a great place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff this included giving me a lift to the Post Office when it was raining heavily. Good parking we had a 8 metre motorhome and could still park for free. Pool was brilliant. A small gym but never busy. Rooftop bar was great, the free food after 3pm was surprisingly good

Nothing to rave about. The frosted glass sliding doors to the bedroom seemed a bit unnecessary and the huge gap under the door to the bathroom reduced the privacy. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were good. The kitchen surfaces and coffee table would have benefited from more thorough cleaning. However, the rooftop bar was excellent. Friendly staff and a good range of drinks plus complimentary snacks. The location was reasonably convenient and with easy walking distance of the centre of town.

Everything was great the only thing a little frustration was the lifts take a long time they need to have another 2 lifts to keep up demands

I didn’t like the surrounding area. It’s too isolated.

Have stayed there a number of times over the years. I just find it a nice and friendly place ,quiet, clean, tidy and reasonably priced this time of the year.

Liked - Good edge of CBD location, friendly and helpful staff, rooms well equipped. Effective air con and ceiling fan. Opportunity to recycle a big plus as was that rooms weren’t over-serviced. Okay - cafe was good and the grab and go option a good idea but menu was fairly limited. I’m sure the 16th floor lounge and bar had great views but it was closed on Mondays and up until 3:00 pm other days. But - needed some minor updating and maintenance. 4th floor looked straight out onto pool and presumably pool straight into rooms. Blinds not great and when closed blocked the only source of natural light.

Nice rooms, decent amount of space. Pool is excellent for actually swimming in. Rooftop bar is pleasant and the free canapes are a nice touch. Little bit of road noise from boy racers late at night but that's not the fault of the hotel. Facilities are good, being able to cook and do laundry was a big plus.

Good hotel. Could do with some modernisation like the bedding covers (very old school). Otherwise good hotel.
